The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hudak stuffs the takedown. Hudak attempts a counter takedown but Baldwin avoids it well and moves away. Hudak jabs Baldwin right on the nose. Baldwin blinks but takes it well. Baldwin throws a lazy right hand but Hudak sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Hudak closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Hudak is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Baldwin is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Baldwin is looking for a sweep. Hudak moves into full mount! Hudak controlling his opponent. Hudak unloading with bombs! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Hudak has hold of an arm here, looking to extend it. He's committed to the armbar attempt here! Will he get it?! Yes! Baldwin is forced to tap!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Magnussen tries to close the distance and clinch but Ngouabi swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Magnussen rushes Ngouabi and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Magnussen stops a takedown attempt from Ngouabi.

If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Magnussen can't keep his opponent in guard - Ngouabi advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Ngouabi has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Magnussen is defending against the submission attempts here by Ngouabi.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ngouabi seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Magnussen does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Ngouabi maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Magnussen could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Ngouabi has cracked it and Magnussen is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Ngouabi!

Sup thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sup is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Knight sees it coming and defends easily. Knight is looking to escape. Sup is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Knight can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Sup is looking to escape. Knight moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Sup has worked his arm free - good work by Sup!

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Knight wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Sup, who protects the arm well. Sup gets back to half guard. Sup moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Sup is on top in guard.

Sup lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Knight taking a bit of punishment here - Sup scoring with strikes. Sup is chipping away with strikes.

Sup immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Knight is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Sup!

That was a close round but I would say that Sammy Jam will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gojo throws a right hand that misses

We've been hearing that Daniels has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish. Daniels is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
