Malone ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with McNally's jaw. McNally's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Malone does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.

These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Charlie IV!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Pier Oka!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oka swings widly with a right hand
and IV counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
It looks like Pier Oka has been cut.

IV looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Oka!
Oka is trying to get back to half guard.
IV advances nicely into full mount.
IV controlling his opponent.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
IV avoids the attempt from Oka to control.

Oka prevents IV from taking his back.
Oka tries to hold on but IV postures up.
We've been hearing that IV has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
IV controlling the pace for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Oka is controlling an arm, preventing IV from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.

IV seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Oka for as long as he can get away with.

IV wants to finish this one by submission but Oka is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from IV.

Oka defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from IV.
IV wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it.
IV looking to control and managing it successfully.
IV mounts Oka! Really nice guard pass there!
Oka tries to lock up and control but IV gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

IV is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Oka has managed to escape the submission attempt.
IV content just to control the position here.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Oka tries to hold on but IV pushes him away.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Charlie IV dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Pier Oka's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

IV digs a good body shot into Oka's ribs.
IV takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
It looks like Charlie IV has been cut.
IV waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Oka.
Oka lands a head shot.
A shot to the liver by IV. Beautiful body shot.
Oka ducks under a wild hook from IV.
Oka scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Pier Oka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Oka tries to clinch but IV moves out of range.
Oka doesn't manage to clinch there - IV circles away.
IV misses with a hook. Oka ducked under it nicely.
IV takes one on the button.
Good shot there by IV.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
IV darts in looking for a takedown but Oka gets double underhooks and turns IV into the cage.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Oka misses with a short punch on the inside.

IV escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Oka has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from IV finds it's way round the side to connect with Oka's head.
IV looks to score with a jab to the body but Oka is just out of range.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Oka throws a right and a left that both miss.
Oka is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by IV.

Oka rushes IV and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Oka looking to slow down the pace here.
IV blocks an elbow strike.
Oka is looking to control IV's arms but IV gets an underhook and turns him. Now Oka has his back to the cage.
A head punch on the inside from Oka fails to land.
Oka has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
IV lands a nice uppercut.
IV scores with a shot to the side of Oka's head.
Nice body punch from IV.
Oka is breathing heavily.
Oka can't break the clinch.
IV lands a right hand.

IV escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Oka stuns IV with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
IV scores with a decent looking hook.
That has opened up Pier Oka's cut even more.
IV lands a nice shot to the body.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Oka walks into a left hand.
Oka throws a lazy uppercut
and IV counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
The cut above Pier Oka's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

IV cracks Oka with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. IV has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Oka to stand back up!
Oka is rocked!
Oka is holding his hands too far apart here. IV throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Oka is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:10 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Charlie IV!
Charlie IV took some time post fight to say the following; 'Pier is a wonderful fighter. Tough to trade punches with him. Luckily our gameplan paid off. I think I'm gonna looking for another title shot. Thank you fans for your support!'.

Grappler tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Grappler takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Gael Grappler has been cut.
Jab, jab by Phillips - just one landing.
Grappler tries to clinch up.
A little feinted left hand from Phillips on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Grappler gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Grappler.
Phillips jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Grappler walks away with a smile on his face. Phillips gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Grappler moves in looking to clinch but Phillips pushes him off.
An attempted straight right counter from Phillips misses the target.
We've been hearing reports that Phillips has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Grappler tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Phillips manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Phillips throwing a counter right hand but Grappler manages to avoid it.
Grappler moves in looking to clinch but Phillips pushes him off.
Phillips drops Grappler with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Grappler! Phillips dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jack Phillips!

Jack Phillips bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
