Boyd bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
It looks like Bjorn Guffavson has been cut.
Boyd cracks Guffavson with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Guffavson falls to his knees and Boyd doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ralph closes the distance and clinches up with Swann, looking for a takedown. Ralph pushes Swann against the cage but Swann circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Ralph throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Gomez feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Piers really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gomez . If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Gomez is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Piers wants to stand but Gomez is controlling the position.
Gomez has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
