Evans cracks Deschain with an uppercut from hell and Deschain crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Evans's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Evans loads up on a big left hand. Deschain felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Evans looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Deschain can't hide his disappointment, as Evans celebrates the victory.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Kazuo Mizakota.
