With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kai Svenson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Seth Rockwell! The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Dmitry Maklakov and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rockwell shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Rockwell is trying to control. Svenson wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Svenson definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Rockwell is looking for a kimura here.
Rockwell is keen to just control but Svenson is a slippery customer. Svenson looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Svenson wants to improve his position but Rockwell is controlling well.
Svenson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Rockwell wants to work for an arm triangle but Svenson is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! OConnor misses with a body shot.
Lang looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! OConnor moves into the clinch. OConnor dodges an elbow strike from Lang.
Lang told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight. Lang wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Lang can't break the clinch.
A nice glancing elbow lands by OConnor. It looks like Chang Lang has been cut. OConnor lands a body shot. OConnor working Lang over with knees to the body. OConnor breaks from the clinch.
OConnor closes the distance and clinches. A short right from OConnor on the inside. Knees to the body from OConnor.
Lang takes an elbow to the forehead. A nice glancing elbow lands by OConnor. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! OConnor takes control of his opponent's neck and spins him into the ropes. Lang is off balance and as he stumbles, OConnor throws a jumping knee that lands flush on Lang's chin, knocking him out cold! Oh my word - what a knockout! Definitely one for his highlight reel! If he ever decides to rob a bank and run off to Morocco, that moment is defintely worthy of a tacky mural!

Christ tries to escape but Bednarski is in control. Bednarski is trying to get an arm triangle but Christ is defending well. Bednarski is looking to take a break and control but Christ is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Christ is pushing Bednarski's head away, looking to escape. Bednarski manages to hold on to the position though. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Christ is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Bednarski doesn't succeed with the takedown and Christ counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Bednarski looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Christ is fending him off so far but Bednarski persists. Nope, Christ circles away and we're back to standing. Jeryl Christ is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Bednarski tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Christ defends well and Bednarski ends up having to push Christ into the ropes where they will battle it out in the clinch. It seemed like Christ was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Christ scores with a shot to the side of Bednarski's head. Christ lands with a left to the head. Christ escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bednarski misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Bednarski is breathing heavily. Christ scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Christ digs a good body shot into Bednarski's ribs. Bednarski misses with a takedown and Bednarski takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Nice jab there from Christ. Oh Bednarski is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Christ lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Bednarski falls backwards - clearly groggy! Christ dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

Galeos is in close to Humble's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Pimba fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Son looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Son shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. It looks like Akira Son has been cut. Son looks winded! Pimba fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Pimba bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Pimba moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Son! Pimba continues to tee off on Son, landing with a left and a right! Pimba connects with a right hand that leaves Son sleeping against the ropes! What a finish by Pimba!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tico goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Judge swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Tico fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Judge manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Tico on his heels. He'll look to pass Tico's guard now, I'm sure. Tico bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Judge's guard. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Judge is on top in guard.
Tico wants to sweep but no luck. Tico is adopting a defensive guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Judge stands and throws Tico's legs to the side, diving into side control. You can see the frustration on Tico's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tico is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Judge is thwarting Tico's attempts to control the position. Tico is looking to improve his position.
Judge seems to be working for a kimura but Tico defends the submission attempt. Tico is looking to control Judge's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Tico avoid being mounted? Tico tries to roll over but Judge keeps him under control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Judge throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Judge performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Tico felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Tico is trying to maintain the position but Judge is very close to passing his half guard. Judge is taking a breather. Tico says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Judge seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Tico does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Judge is looking to take a break and control but Tico is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Tico is looking to improve his position.

Takeda decides he's had enough of all that nonsense - he escapes his hips and locks up an armbar! Wow, that was slick! Gracie taps! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!

Our winner, Kazuki Takeda, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans. The defeated Eliz Gracie had this to say: 'Thats my fifth loss in my career, tough pill to swallow but i'll be taking some time off as of now, I don't know about my next fight and my status on fighting right now, another fight wouldn't hurt, maybe but i'd love to leave off a win, so lets see what happens man, as of now i'm just sitting out.'.
