The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petrosyan misses with a series of wild punches.
Petrosyan just misses with a punch to the body.
Petrosyan misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Smith looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Petrosyan is fending him off so far but Smith persists. Nope, Petrosyan circles away and we're back to standing.
Petrosyan appears to be looking for a big counter.
Petrosyan lands a nice shot to the body.
Petrosyan lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Smith circles away quickly and effectively.
Smith on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Petrosyan throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Smith on the side of the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Smith avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Smith drops his hands momentarily and Petrosyan takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Petrosyan connects with a nice looking jab.

Smith drops his hands for a split second and Petrosyan immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Smith face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Petrosyan follows up with a right hand that knocks Smith into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Ming! Stonks is out on his feet! Ming rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Stonks is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Stonks is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
