Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Arseth Oysten (ranked 3753 p4p, 4433 weight class) and Hoe Logan (ranked 467 p4p, 537 weight class). Oysten kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is FREEZING MOON. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Hoe Logan was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

No joy there for Logan, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Logan gets caught flat footed, as Oysten shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Oysten is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Logan pulls Oysten in to control the position.
Oysten is looking to pass into half guard but Logan pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Logan is in guard.


Oysten escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Logan gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Logan must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

I've been told that Logan has been drilling his wrestling of late, which has already helped him take this fight to the mat. Let's see how much of an impact it has on the outcome of the ground game.
