Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Clay Mann! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ryan Kee! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paul Aken and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mann fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kee avoids it really well and circles away. Kee throws a lazy right hand but Mann sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Mann is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Kee. Kee closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Mann to the mat! Mann manages to get full guard. Mann looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Kee passes into half guard.
Kee wants to take a breather but Mann is having none of it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kee missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Kee wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mann keeps working. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mann tries to get to full guard but Kee has control of the leg.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kee with the ground and pound but Mann uses the opportunity to regain guard. Kee with a flurry of punches that miss. Kee trying to control the position from guard on top but Mann is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kee scoring with some ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Kee cracks Mann with a solid left hand. Kee with a flurry of punches that miss. Kee tries to free his leg and advance position but Mann is retaining full guard. Mann keeping moving, preventing Kee from controlling successfully.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. A combination from Mann does no damage. Nice takedown defense from Kee. No joy for Mann on that attempt. Kee feints the counter takedown. Kee changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mann tries to avoid it but Kee manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mann to the ground. Mann escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Kee goes for a double leg but Mann avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Mann continues to drive forward. Mann tries to work over Kee's front leg with a kick but Kee checks it. Mann shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kee as he avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Clay Mann. That's going to take a lot out of him. Mann rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Kee counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Kee can't get the takedown.

and Mann counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Kee looks winded! Kee is trying to keep Mann in close.
Kee bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Mann's guard. Kee trying to control but Mann is working from the bottom. Mann trying to control the position.

Kee doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Kee manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Mann wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Mann trying to keep a closed guard but Kee is proving a slippery customer.

Mann is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Mann is controlling Kee's posture.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Kee works a leg free and moves into half guard. Kee missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Mann tries to roll over but Kee keeps him under control. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Kee passes the guard and advances to mount! Kee lands a nice shot to the head. Kee should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Mann is trying to escape the mount.

Kee eventually gives up the hold. Mann tries to roll over but Kee keeps him under control. Kee is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Kee missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Kee prevents Mann from improving his position. Kee content to control rather than advance. Kee thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Kee is pressing down on Mann's thigh, looking to free his foot. Mann is holding on for now. Ryan Kee showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round! Mann wants to land a leg kick but Kee is out of range. Kee will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Horrible takedown attempt by Kee or perhaps it was just good defense by Mann, which made it look bad. Clay Mann has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. Kee rolls with it to try and escape but Mann cranks on the arm and Kee is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
