I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Dennis Frost was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Frank cracks Frost with a good jab. Frank with a hook. It looks like Dennis Frost has been cut. The fighters circling - Frank throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Frank throws a right hand that misses
and Frost cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. A telegraphed right hand from Frank misses the target. Jab by Frank. Frost scores with a punch to the head. Frost uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Frank. Frank misses with a wild body shot. A slow jab from Frank misses its intended target. Frank connects with a jab. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Frost slips under a jab. Frost keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Frost displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Frank throws out the jab. Frank takes one on the button. Oh Frank is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Frank tries to score with a low kick but Frost moves his leg out of the way. Frost takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Frank seems to have got his legs back now. Frost keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Frank. and Frost counters with a nice uppercut. Frost is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Frank had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush. Frost clinches up against the cage. Frost keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Frank's efforts to push away. Frost has a couple of punches blocked by Frank.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Frost lands a shoulder strike. Frost tries to pull guard but Frank holds him up against the cage and eventually Frost drops back down to his feet.

Frank wants to get back to striking at distance but Frost won't allow it.
And that's the end of the fight! Dennis Frost comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Frost has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Epolito must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Epolito is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Read has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Epolito is looking to defend but Read has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Epolito! Read pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Epolito taps out and this one is all over!

Walker uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Allin. Walker displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Allin throws out the jab. Allin ducks under a wild hook from Walker. Allin takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Walker jabbing away but nothing is landing. Walker defending well as Allin loads up on a big left hand. Allin looks to land a combination but Walker avoids it well. Walker dodges the punch combination from Allin.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Walker throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Walker moves out of range of the strikes. Allin misses with a wild body shot. Allin will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Walker! But no joy. Walker swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Allin cracks Walker with a good jab. Walker moves away from the strike by Allin. Walker keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Good exchange - Walker coming out on top. Darby Allin's cut is getting worse. Allin cracks Walker with an open hand slap. Walker misses with a straight left. Allin connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Walker tumbling to the canvas! Allin pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Walker was done - good stoppage!

Boy was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Zahn Dingo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Boy digs a good hook to Dingo's body.
Boy lands with an overhand left. It looks like Zahn Dingo has been cut. Boy ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! A telegraphed right hand from Dingo misses the target. Dingo takes a swing at Boy's ribcage but misses. Boy displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Dingo throws out the jab. Dingo misses with a looping left. Boy was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Boy scores with a shot to the body.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bates. A countering left hand to the body from Alkoun misses. Alkoun fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Alkoun lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Alkoun displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Bates throws out the jab. Alkoun moves into the clinch. Nice body punch from Alkoun. Alkoun lands a nice uppercut. Bates manages to pull guard.
Bates keeping moving, preventing Alkoun from controlling successfully. Alkoun pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bates is keeping the position for now. Alkoun trying to control the position from guard on top but Bates is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bates keeping full guard, as Alkoun tries to pass. We've been hearing good reports from Bates's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. Alkoun wants to control from the top but Bates keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bates bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Alkoun's guard. Bates stands and throws Alkoun's legs to the side, diving into side control. Alkoun tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Bates wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Bates wants to stand but Alkoun has his arm trapped. Alkoun looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Alkoun is working to avoid the ground and pound but Bates connects with a decent elbow. Bates works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Bates has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Bates has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Alkoun is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Bates yanks on the arm and Alkoun is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Bates.

Brooks is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Killer feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Brooks sprawling to the canvas! Brooks rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Killer finish him?!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dancer changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Nobu Yoshioka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nice body punch from Dancer. Yoshioka looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Yoshioka uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Dancer. Yoshioka tries to counter by clinching up but Dancer breaks away and moves out of range. Dancer has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Dancer takes the fight into the clinch. Dancer lands a body punch. Dancer tries to work over Yoshioka's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. A head punch on the inside from Dancer fails to land. Yoshioka tries a body shot but Dancer blocks it.

Dancer lands with a light punch inside. It looks like Nobu Yoshioka has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Nice body punch from Dancer. Yoshioka misses with a short punch on the inside. Yoshioka blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Dancer escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
