The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCoy lands with a nice body punch.

McCoy feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Nowak sprawling to the canvas! Nowak rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can McCoy finish him?!

It looks like Lech Nowak has been cut.

Nowak feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
