Caruga ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Caruga shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Caruga was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Caruga wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Hoyle, who protects the arm well.

Hoyle tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Caruga cranks the arm and Hoyle screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Hoyle, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
