With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jonathan Horn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jonah Gray! The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Sandra Marshall and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Horn swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Gray lands with a nice combination. Horn backs away looking to recover. Gray will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Gray tries a low kick but Horn avoids it. Horn throws a big counter combination but Gray scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Gray throws a low kick, looking for Horn's leg but Horn calmly moves out of range. Gray throws a right hand that Horn ducks under and follows up with a left that Horn also avoids with ease. Gray throws a right and a left that both miss. Horn throws a wild combination but nothing lands. No joy there for Horn, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Gray looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. A punch combination from Horn misses. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Gray lands a jab-cross combination. Horn grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Gray takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Horn cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rhodes gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Brathwaite showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Rhodes.

Rhodes keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Brathwaite. Rhodes closes the distance looking to clinch and Rhodes takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. It looks like Robert Rhodes has been cut. Rhodes falls off balance throwing a combination
and Brathwaite counters with a nice body shot. Brathwaite has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Rhodes is landing a low percentage of strikes. Rhodes lands with a kick to the temple. Brathwaite shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" It looks like David Brathwaite has been cut. Brathwaite is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Rhodes tries to clinch and Brathwaite counters with a crisp right hand that drops Rhodes! Brathwaite lets Rhodes back up to his feet, looking for a finish! Rhodes is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Rhodes fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Brathwaite manages to avoid it. Oh Rhodes is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Rhodes takes the fight into the clinch. Rhodes letting Brathwaite take a breather here. Rhodes seems to have got his legs back now.

I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round! The fight stays on the outside here - Rhodes looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Rhodes lands a big head kick that sends Brathwaite tumbling to the mat! Rhodes takes a step backwards and waves Brathwaite back to his feet - he wants the finish! Brathwaite is rocked! Look low, kick high! Rhodes uses the oldest trick in the book to send Brathwaite tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Rhodes is absolutely delighted - when Brathwaite wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sears misses with a looping right. Kuragi feinted with a counter takedown. Sears scores with a jab to the body. Sears misses with the combination.
Sears scores with a nice head shot. Sears rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Kuragi counters with a single leg into guard. Sears didn't expect that. Kuragi definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kuragi drops back looking for a leg! Sears is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Sears manages to kick Kuragi off! Kuragi jumps back into Sears's guard. Sears is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kuragi passes Sears's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Sears flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Kuragi is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Sears doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Kuragi.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kuragi is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Sears is just riding it out for now. Kuragi eventually gives up the hold. Sears is trying to get back to full guard. Kuragi is trying for a kimura here. Sears looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Kuragi wins by kimura!

Penrose jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit. Penrose misses with a looping left. Penrose with a body punch. A glancing blow. Lily throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Penrose rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lily moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Lily on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Penrose. Penrose obviously looking to wear him down.
Lily with a poor takedown and Penrose counters with a nice uppercut. Penrose uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Penrose is looking to slow Lily down with leg kicks. A slow jab from Lily misses its intended target. The fight stays on the outside here - Lily looks like he's thinking about clinching though. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Penrose fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Penrose scores with a leg kick.

That'll leave a bruise. Penrose keeps the fight on the outside. Penrose throws a quick counter kick to the body but Lily avoids it. Lily tries to clinch but Penrose moves out of range. A nice leg kick lands there from Penrose. Lily tries to clinch but fails miserably and Penrose cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Penrose scoring well with a low kick there.

Penrose has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Monkey Business (Best Sparring) in the buildup to the fight. Penrose swats away the attempt to clinch by Lily. Penrose lands with a right hand. Lily throws a right hand that Penrose ducks under and follows up with a left that Penrose also avoids with ease.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lily tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Penrose throws a nice outside leg kick. Lily tries to clinch but Penrose moves out of range. Penrose throws a half hearted mid kick. Penrose thows a body kick. Lily tries to catch it but that hurt him. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Penrose! Lily is out on his feet! Penrose rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Lily is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Lily is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

Ramos looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Ramos throws a hook to the side of HiChi's head but HiChi sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. HiChi steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Ramos. Ramos walks into a straight right hand from HiChi. Ramos tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but HiChi was well out of range. Poor timing from Ramos. Ramos takes a swing at HiChi's ribcage but misses. HiChi slips a straight right by Ramos. Ramos keeps the fight on the outside. Ramos swings and misses with a shot to the body and HiChi counters with a lovely straight right hand! Ramos's hands are dropping dangerously low here and HiChi connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Ramos scrambles back to his feet. A slow jab from Ramos misses its intended target. HiChi looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Ramos throws a shot from downtown. HiChi moves away and avoids it. Ramos looks to land a left hand but HiChi moved out of range nicely. HiChi dips to his left and cracks Ramos with an uppercut! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! HiChi jabs Ramos to the body, keeping him at a distance. Jab, jab by HiChi - just one landing. HiChi listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.

Ramos takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
HiChi takes a swing at Ramos's ribcage but misses. Ramos throws the left hand but HiChi avoids the punch easily. HiChi steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Ramos. HiChi steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Ramos. HiChi slips a straight right by Ramos. HiChi avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Ramos takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. HiChi scores with a nice strike. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ramos throws an ugly left hook that misses
and HiChi cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. HiChi tries to close the distance and clinch but Ramos swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. HiChi misses with a wild combination.

HiChi slips a jab from Ramos. HiChi lands a jab to Ramos's midsection. HiChi lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Ramos missing with a left hand there. HiChi was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. HiChi fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Ramos on the side of the head. A looping hook to the body misses from Ramos. HiChi does a little dance to reset his feet. HiChi is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Ramos had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush. HiChi lands a nice hook to Ramos's body. Ramos takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
