With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Wally News! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Yves DeLean and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! News lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by News. News should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. A looping hook to the body misses from News. Mott does a little dance to reset his feet. Mott tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but News swivels and escapes. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Mott. News changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. News lands a left and a right that send Mott crashing to the mat, dazed. News thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet! Mott is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. News digs a good body shot into Mott's ribs. Oh Mott is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! News throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

and Mott counters with a two punch combo. News throws a right hand that Mott ducks under and follows up with a left that Mott also avoids with ease. Mott has taken the fight to the clinch.
News escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
News tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mott swats him away and circles back towards the center. Mott throwing a counter right hand but News manages to avoid it.
That's one minute gone in the round. The fight moves into the clinch position. Mott jumps guard but News stands there with Mott around his waist. Mott gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Rose is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Jaeger to keep the fight standing. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Rose jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Jaeger walks away with a smile on his face. Rose gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. A nice leg kick lands there from Jaeger.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rose shoots in looking for a takedown. Jaeger tries to sprawl out of it but Rose keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jaeger manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Jaeger throws a leg kick but Rose moved away. Rose was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Rose tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Jaeger swivels and escapes. Rose takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Rose's legs have taken a beating and he's really slowing down as a result. Rose chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Jaeger can pounce on him.
Jaeger scores with a kick to the midsection. That kick from Jaeger tenderised Rose's leg. Rose is trying to keep his angry face on. Jaeger has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Jaeger throws a nice outside leg kick. Rose fails with the takedown. Frank Jaeger is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Jaeger throws a head kick that misses. Jaeger misses with a head kick.

Jaeger thumps Rose with a low kick. Rose fails with the takedown. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jaeger scores with a spinning back kick! Rose fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Rose is looking to clinch but Jaeger is avoiding it.
Jaeger appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick. Rose will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body. Jaeger throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Vinny Rose has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Pandas scores with a jab to the jaw. Gath throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Pandas throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Gath counters with a body kick that stops Pandas in his tracks momentarily. Gath fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Pandas, pushing him back against the cage. Gath breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Gath unloads a knee to the mid-section. Pandas lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Pandas is breathing heavily. Gath with a knee to the head.
It looks like Groundpa Pandas has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Gath slowing the pace effectively. Gath stalling in the clinch.
Nice elbow from Gath. Both guys are working to get underhooks.

Pandas lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Gath's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Gath has closed the distance and engaged Pandas in a clinch.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Gath obliges. Pandas letting Gath take a breather here. Gath lands a nice elbow. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Knees in the clinch landing for Gath.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bonifacio avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Wowkwis fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Bonifacio. Wowkwis with the inside leg kick. Wowkwis throws a body punch but Bonifacio moves out of range. Bonifacio takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Bonifacio fails with the takedown. Nice shot by Wowkwis. Wowkwis's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Bonifacio connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Wowkwis scrambles back to his feet. It looks like Mekwek Wowkwis has been cut. Bonifacio has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Wowkwis finds it's way round the side to connect with Bonifacio's head. Bonifacio gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Wowkwis is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Bonifacio is keeping busy. Bonifacio blocks an uppercut.
Wowkwis tries to circle away but Bonifacio has him pinned against the cage. Bonifacio gets control of Wowkwis's arms and successfully pulls guard. Bonifacio will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

"I don't think so" says Wowkwis as he avoids it easily. Mekwek Wowkwis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Inacio Bonifacio. Bonifacio closes the distance and clinches. Wowkwis doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Wowkwis feints and then cracks Bonifacio's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Bonifacio down. Wowkwis dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Bonifacio. That did some damage! Bonifacio keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

I say controlling but really, he's stalling. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Omic wants to control from the top but Fobbs keeps moving. Omic wants to control from the top but Fobbs keeps moving. Omic drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Omic jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Omic drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Fobbs manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Omic has Fobbs in his guard. Fobbs postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fobbs trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Fobbs really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Omic is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mo Heat! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Markus Baker! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Yves DeLean and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Baker scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Heat sneaks back into half guard. Heat is looking for a sweep. Baker is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Heat is looking to control Baker's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Heat avoid being mounted? Baker seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. It looks like Mo Heat has been cut. Heat moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Baker looking to pass the guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Baker content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Heat wants to hit a sweep here but Baker passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Heat there! You get the feeling that Heat really doesn't like being in this position too much.
That's one minute gone in the round. Baker lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Heat hang on? Baker scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Heat?
Heat keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Heat is working hard here to advance position. Heat on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Heat tries to get out of the position. Heat tries to hold on but Baker pushes him away. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Baker cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Baker postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Heat looks a forlorn figure.
Mo Heat's cut is getting worse. Baker scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Heat is trying to escape the mount.
Baker lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Heat tries to hold on but Baker pushes him away. Heat keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Baker is in the full mount, landing strikes. Mo Heat's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Baker breaks from Heat's wrist control and lands an elbow. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Heat taking shots to the head. Jeez, Mo Heat's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Mo Heat's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Markus Baker! Jumping up and down and very excited, Markus Baker waved his t-shirt featuring Carnage Clothing 's logo in front of the cameras.
