The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jankens will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Johnny Jank Jankens seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jankens throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Werner sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Werner moves out of range as Jankens strikes.
Some wild striking there from Werner.
Werner shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jankens but Jankens pushes him off and we're back to square one.
A swing and a miss from Jankens.
Werner has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Jankens finds it's way round the side to connect with Werner's head.
It looks like Hakim Werner has been cut.

Jankens throws a hook but Werner avoids it easily.
Jankens bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Werner's head.
Werner moves forwards but Jankens connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Werner scores with a one two! Jankens had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Werner darts in looking for a takedown but Jankens gets double underhooks and turns Werner into the cage.

Werner escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jankens thows a left - swing and a miss!
Jankens tests Werner's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Jankens looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Jankens gets tackled into the cage by Werner. Werner maintains the clinch.

Werner pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Jankens cracks Werner with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Werner looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Jankens finish him?

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Oliveira jumps guard but Tadashi turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Oliveira got a little sloppy there for a moment and Tadashi has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Oliveira has managed to get both his arms back between Tadashi's legs - danger averted.

Olives looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Olives jumps guard but Niaz stands there with Olives around his waist. Olives gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Niaz 's coach down at Stewie's Training Center was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Niaz 's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
A bit of stalling here from Niaz .

Olives drags the fight down to the ground.
Niaz trying to control the position from guard on top but Olives is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Niaz throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Olives has his feet on Niaz 's thighs here. He's pushed Niaz off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Niaz screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!

Moon is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Says is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Says flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Moon anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Says and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Moon slips an arm under Says chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Moon has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Moon is squeezing on Says like an anaconda would it's prey. Says fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

After the fight, Marty Moon was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Robert Munson!
The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Chris Dean and Bruno Hogan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Munson takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
It looks like Robert Munson has been cut.
Luciano uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Munson.
A little feinted left hand from Luciano on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Munson takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Munson just misses with a punch to the body.
Munson turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Munson stuns Luciano with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Luciano uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Munson has time to react.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Luciano drops Munson with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Munson looks back up at him and smiles so Luciano waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Munson is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Munson doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
A nice inside leg kick there by Luciano. That's going to slow Munson down.
Munson fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Luciano has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Luciano moves away from the strike by Munson.
Luciano throwing a counter right hand but Munson manages to avoid it.
Munson waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Luciano.
Luciano was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Munson wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Luciano digs a good body shot into Munson's ribs.
Munson checks the leg kick nicely there.
Munson ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Munson counters with a body kick.
Luciano lands with a good body shot.
We've been told by Luciano's head coaches at Ice Cream Parlour that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Munson misses with a left hand
and Luciano counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Munson finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Luciano's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Munson falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Charles Luciano!
