 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bednarski pushes Roy up against the ropes in a clinch.

Decent striking displayed by Eat there. Kim lands with an uppercut that bounces Eat off the ropes and back into range. A big left from Eat misses. Kim pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Eat jabs Kim right on the nose. Kim blinks but takes it well. A looping hook to the body misses from Eat. Kim does a little dance to reset his feet. Eat has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Eat there as he acknowledges the shot. Eat loads up on a big right hand but Kim slips the punch. Eat connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Torres throws a looping overhand right but Puto ducks down to avoid it. Puto attempts a counter takedown but Torres avoids it well and moves away. Puto keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Puto blocks a jab. Puto is looking for a counter combo. Puto takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Torres misses with a hook. Puto ducked under it nicely. Torres tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Puto was well out of range. Poor timing from Torres. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
