Oooooh!!! King has knocked Branston down with a huge combo! King steps away and waves a wobbly Branston back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Ranston Branston has been cut.
King changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
King throws a low kick, looking for Branston's leg but Branston calmly moves out of range.
Branston has a takedown stuffed.
It seemed like King was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

and Galeos counters with a crisp one two that drops Bednarski! Galeos thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Bednarski to his feet! Bednarski is in big trouble!

Both guys are working to get underhooks.

Sole tries to stand but Takeda is controlling from the bottom.

Sole content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Takeda has locked up a guillotine! Takeda's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Sole is holding on here and Takeda must be using up a lot of energy. Sole has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Takeda gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Kazuki Takeda!
