Banjo escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Zec gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bob Crawley (ranked 897 p4p, 1410 weight class) and David Hanen (ranked 125 p4p, 188 weight class). Crawley comes to the cage accompanied by Barbarian Overlords - The Ambassador. David Hanen will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crawley looks to land a left hand but Hanen moved out of range nicely.
A looping hook to the body misses from Crawley. Hanen does a little dance to reset his feet.
Hanen uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Crawley.
Crawley misses with a left hand
and Hanen counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Hanen keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Crawley thuds his right hand into Hanen's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Hanen scores with a one two! Crawley had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Hanen rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Crawley moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Hanen misses with a head kick.
Hanen looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Hanen lands a left and a right that send Crawley crashing to the mat, dazed. Hanen thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Crawley is rocked!

Hanen ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Oh Crawley is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Crawley throws the left hand but Hanen avoids the punch easily.
Hanen throws a predictable looking body shot
and Crawley connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Crawley seems to have got his legs back now.
BOOM! Hanen lands a beautiful left hook that drops Crawley. Crawley tries to recover but Hanen is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Crawley lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). David Hanen!
After winning the bout, David Hanen thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
