The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive. A jab from Rhodes does it's job there. Rhodes fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ibarra misses with a shot to the body and Rhodes counters with a lovely straight right hand! Rhodes throws a nice inside leg kick.

and Rhodes counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Rhodes uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Rhodes dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Ibarra. That did some damage! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Rhodes lands a slapping body shot.
And that's the end of the fight! Dusty Rhodes comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Rhodes has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. Warm Fuzzy really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Soft Fuzzy on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Soft Fuzzy throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Warm Fuzzy lands with a shot to the body. Warm Fuzzy misses with a wild body shot. Warm Fuzzy throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Warm Fuzzy fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Soft Fuzzy manages to avoid it. Soft Fuzzy lands with a shot to the body. Soft Fuzzy keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Warm Fuzzy throws a shot to the body.

We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Four throws a jab but it's blocked by Five. A nice side step and Five releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Four throws the left hand but Five avoids the punch easily. Five doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Four walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Five lands a jab to the nose. Five takes a swing at Four's ribcage but misses. Four wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Five takes one to the chin there. Four missing with a left hand there. Five was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

and Five counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Five misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Four.
Four swings and misses with a shot to the body and Five counters with a nice uppercut. Four works the jab nicely. Four's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Five connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Four scrambles back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Five with a jab. Five dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Four misses with a wild body shot. Five throws a jab when Four was well out of range. Four half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. A telegraphed right hand from Four misses the target. A countering left hand to the body from Five misses. Four scores with the left hand. Five knows he should have avoided that one.

and Four counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Four. Four escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Four takes a swing at Five's ribcage but misses. It seemed like Five was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Five lands a glancing blow to the side of Four's head. Five moves away from the strike by Four. Four scores with a decent looking hook. Four displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Five throws out the jab.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Five connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Four misses with a right hand and Five counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Four avoids the body shot from Five.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Canada closes the distance and clinches. Canada has hold of one of Fark's legs. Fark is fighting the takedown attempt but Canada gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Canada throws a big right hand that misses. Fark controlling Canada's posture. Canada throws an elbow that misses. Fark uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Canada's guard. Nice move by Fark! Canada is looking to stand up but Fark isn't so interested in that idea. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Canada keeping full guard, as Fark tries to pass. Fark missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Canada utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Canada escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Fark gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Fark avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Fark looking to sit in guard and control but Canada gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Fark not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Canada showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Fark is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fark content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Canada is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Fark missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Canada wants to get back to full guard but Fark has passed into side control. Canada prevents Fark from moving into mount.

We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Kronke tries to get out of the position. Perez is trying to get an arm triangle but Kronke is defending well. Perez has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Kronke! Kronke is wriggling around trying to escape.
Kronke wants to hold on but Perez pushes him away. Perez content just to control the position here. Perez fails to take his opponent's back.
