1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pit Jonson! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Stewart Dunkirk and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! BumBum scores with a nice strike. BumBum shoots for a double leg takedown but Jonson sprawls well. He's pushed BumBum's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Jonson takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts BumBum, as that shot connected.
Buli BumBum seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Horrible takedown by BumBum or perhaps it was just good defense by Jonson which made him look bad. Excellent takedown into side control there by Jonson. Jonson prevents BumBum from escaping the position. BumBum manages to get back to half guard. BumBum is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Jonson wants to pass to mount but BumBum is defending the position. BumBum wants to improve his position but Jonson is controlling well.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. BumBum gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Jonson counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for BumBum! That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Buli BumBum. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jonson looks gassed! BumBum tries to reverse the position but Jonson maintains control. BumBum bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Jonson is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Jonson throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. BumBum advances to half guard. BumBum is keen to just control but Jonson is a slippery customer. That's two minutes gone in the round. BumBum winds up and cracks Jonson with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Jonson controlling the leg, holding on to half guard. Jonson is trying to maintain the position but BumBum is very close to passing his half guard. Jonson is trying to stand up here but BumBum is controlling him well. Jonson moves into full guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. BumBum throws a big right hand that misses. Jonson seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Jonson is looking to stand up but BumBum isn't so interested in that idea. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Jonson is on top in guard.
BumBum will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

and Jonson counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Jonson. Jonson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. BumBum working for a triangle but Jonson defends it easily.

BumBum missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. BumBum trying to control but Jonson is working from the bottom. BumBum stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jonson swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Jonson closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming BumBum to the mat! BumBum manages to get full guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Jonson wants to get up but he can't break BumBum's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. BumBum has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. BumBum bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Jonson's guard. Jonson scrambles and gets back to his feet.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. BumBum misses with a double jab.

BumBum smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Jonson dodges the punch combination from BumBum.
Jonson gets a takedown into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Pit Jonson dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Jonson shoots in and bounces BumBum off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. BumBum looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Jonson trying to control but BumBum is working from the bottom. Pit Jonson has got the better of the ground game so far. BumBum wants to sweep but no luck. Jonson controlling from the top position. Jonson has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of BumBum is proving hard to escape from. BumBum working a defensive guard here.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. BumBum lands with a nice combination. Jonson backs away looking to recover. BumBum will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
That's one minute gone in the round. BumBum goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Horrible takedown by Jonson or perhaps it was just good defense by BumBum which made him look bad. BumBum sizes up Jonson with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Jonson shoots in for a takedown and gets it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jonson trying to control the action but BumBum is working from the bottom. Jonson gets to his feet - back to striking we go! Jonson closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Jonson lands in his opponent's guard. Jonson postures up.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. BumBum is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Jonson is controlling him. BumBum looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Jonson stands up and waves to BumBum to follow him. A jab from BumBum finds it's way through Jonson's defenses. Jonson walks into a stiff left hand from BumBum. BumBum lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
BumBum cracks Jonson with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. BumBum scores with a hook. Jonson dodges the punch combination from BumBum.
BumBum lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Jonson backs up against the cage.
BumBum lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
BumBum connects with a crisp jab. Jonson gets cracked with a nice right hand there by BumBum. BumBum scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. BumBum scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Jonson closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. BumBum is staying active underneath Jonson, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Still in half guard, Jonson seems content to control. BumBum wants to control but Jonson is keeping busy.
Jonson decides to stand up. BumBum is working the combinations to good effect here. Jonson closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming BumBum to the mat! BumBum manages to get full guard. That's four minutes gone in the round. BumBum makes his way to full guard. A much better position for BumBum. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Jonson would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Jonson throwing strikes but missing. Jonson won't allow BumBum to sweep him here. Jonson wants to pass the guard but BumBum is keeping the position.

Jonson takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Jonson takes one to the chin there. BumBum throws a right hand that Jonson ducks under and follows up with a left that Jonson also avoids with ease. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. BumBum lands with a shot to the body. BumBum is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Jab from BumBum. BumBum throws a wild combination but nothing lands. BumBum falls off balance throwing a combination

Pit Jonson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!

Buli BumBum is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Jonson looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. BumBum looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Jonson seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but BumBum does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. BumBum wants to control the action here but instead Jonson manages to pass to full mount! Jonson is working for a guillotine from mount but BumBum frees his head quite easily.
BumBum is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. BumBum takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Jonson tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Jonson tries to control but BumBum wriggling away. Jonson pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Both fighters are breathing heavily. BumBum working to try and regain half guard.

It's a sloppy attempt though and BumBum jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. BumBum passes Jonson's right leg, so he's now in half guard. BumBum wants to work for an arm triangle but Jonson is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. BumBum fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. BumBum scores with a crisp jab that stopped Jonson in his tracks. Jonson shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in BumBum's guard. BumBum working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jonson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jonson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Jonson passes BumBum's right leg, so he's now in half guard. BumBum tries to roll over but Jonson keeps him under control. BumBum looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Buli BumBum has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! BumBum wants to control but Jonson is keeping busy.

McKagan stands up. McKagan gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. McKagan is pulling down on talburt's head to control his posture. talburt drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but McKagan manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now talburt has McKagan in his guard. McKagan slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. McKagan trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McKagan advances position into side control! McKagan has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for talburt! talburt is trying to escape the mount but McKagan keeps good control and instead manages to take talburt's back.

McKagan is persistently looking for the submission but talburt is defending it well.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. You can see the frustration on talburt's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wallace blocks a leg kick. Some wild striking there from Rowles.
Wallace shoots in for a takedown but Rowles shows good takedown defense. Wallace shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Rowles is looking to improve his position but Wallace isn't that keen on the idea. Poor strikes thrown by Wallace there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Wallace is standing up, even though he is in mount. Wallace uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Rowles. Rowles tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Rowles moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Rowles ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rowles's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Rowles duly obliges. Wallace takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Wallace is rocked! Wallace looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Wallace is still on wobbly legs! Can Rowles finish him? Rowles throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Wallace looks gassed! Rowles lands a nice hook to Wallace's body.
