The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Hoost buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Hoost ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Hoost forces Olsen back against the cage and clinches.
Olsen fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Hoost swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Hoost.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

That has opened up Clarence Hoost's cut even more.
Hoost moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Olsen moves out of range of the body kick.

Hoost throws a body punch but Olsen moves out of range.
Olsen sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Hoost swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

and Olsen counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Clarence Hoost seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hoost throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Olsen on the side of the head.

Hoost lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Olsen circles away quickly and effectively.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Hoost cracks Olsen with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Olsen looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Hoost finish him?
Oh Olsen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A slapping body kick lands there for Hoost.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hoost ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Olsen's jaw. Olsen's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Hoost does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Clarence Hoost!

In his post fight interview, Clarence Hoost started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
