With a record of 11 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Steel Penn Jr! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Steven Brown and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Penn Jr swinging wildly here.
Sloppy strikes from Penn Jr. Those never looked like landing. We've been informed that Penn Jr has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Hardin feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Penn Jrs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! An inside leg kick lands from Penn Jr. Penn Jr throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Hardin seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Hardin waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Penn Jr. A looping hook to the body misses from Hardin. Penn Jr does a little dance to reset his feet. A right-left combo lands from Penn Jr. Penn Jr goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Penn Jr connects with a stiff jab that staggers Hardin - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nagibatel fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Rambo. Rambo fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Nagibatel avoids it really well and circles away. Rambo gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Nagibatel. The fighters circle momentarily. Nagibatel darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Rambo shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Nagibatel counters with a big head kick but Rambo shrugs it off. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tomahawk moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Tomahawk with the inside leg kick. Tomahawk lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. A shot to the body from Alzado misses and Tomahawk counters with a right hand to the body. Tomahawk keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Alzado. Tomahawk connects with a crisp jab. Alzado is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Tomahawk drops Alzado with a big left hand! Alzado is injured, injured bad! Tomahawk jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!

Teteny shoots in looking for a takedown but Rebel manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Teteny's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. But no, Choo has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Lewis but great work by Choo. Choo wants to lay and pray for a moment but Lewis keeps working. Lewis keeps Choo under control for a moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 11 - 15 - 0, fighting out of London, Roman Ship! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 32 - 28 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Klaus Chugman! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, William Gold and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chugman takes the fight into the clinch. Ship tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Chugman looking to slow down the pace here. Ship pulls guard. Ship has his foot on Chugman's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Chugman works his way back into a safe position though. Ship keeping moving, preventing Chugman from controlling successfully. Chugman avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Chugman trying to control but Ship is working from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ship will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chugman loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Chugman trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Chugman scoring with punches to the head and body. Chugman has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Ship escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Chugman gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Chugman controlling from the top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Chugman trying to control but Ship is working from the bottom. Chugman is posturing up here but Ship has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Chugman tries to roll out but it's too tight and Chugman has to tap! Slick submission there by Ship!

With a record of 22 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rahim Shabazz! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Steven Brown and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gustavsson shoots for a double leg takedown but Shabazz sprawls well. He's pushed Gustavsson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Shabazz throws a jab when Gustavsson was well out of range. Shabazz stuffs the takedown. Shabazz misses with a body shot.
Gustavsson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Shabazz defends it nicely. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ivern Gustavsson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Gustavsson tries for a takedown but Shabazz sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Shabazz keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Shabazz misses with a looping right. Shabazz throws a nice outside leg kick. Shabazz punishes Gustavsson's body with a nice straight punch. Gustavsson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Shabazz sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Gustavsson somewhat. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Horrible takedown attempt by Gustavsson or perhaps it was just good defense by Shabazz, which made it look bad. Shabazz throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Gustavsson sees it coming and avoids it easily. Shabazz misses with a wild body shot. Gustavsson changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Shabazz misses with a series of wild punches.
Rahim Shabazz is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gustavsson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Shabazz as he jumps to the side. Gustavsson shoots in but no luck this time. Shabazz throws a solid leg kick but Gustavsson takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Shabazz. Shabazz throws a right hand that Gustavsson ducks under and follows up with a left that Gustavsson also avoids with ease. Shabazz stuffs the takedown. Shabazz pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Shabazz misses with a body shot.
Gustavsson has a takedown stuffed. Shabazz throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Gustavsson. Shabazz looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it. Gustavsson dives in for a single leg takedown but Shabazz sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Shabazz pushes Gustavsson back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Shabazz lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Gustavsson is breathing heavily. Shabazz struggles to land a body shot inside as Gustavsson controls his hands.

Shabazz's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Gustavsson crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Shabazz - the referee stops the clock and Gustavsson gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Shabazz. Gustavsson manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Gustavsson takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Gustavsson has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Shabazz bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. It looks like Ivern Gustavsson has been cut. Whack! Shabazz lands a heavy head kick that drops Gustavsson. The ref tackles Shabazz to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Gustavsson was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Rahim Shabazz! Rahim Shabazz very nearly forgot to thank Brooklyn Apothecary amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
