Salazaro has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Caruga is working away from the top position though.

Salazaro knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Caruga on the ground.

Bar shoots in for a takedown but Brady shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Brady throws a right hand that Bar ducks under and follows up with a left that Bar also avoids with ease.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Brady can do anything to dispel that myth.
Brady takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Bar has an Americana. Brady didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Bar is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Bar hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Lightning throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Montgomery stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Lightning misses with an uppercut. Montgomery saw that one coming.
Montgomery fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Lightning manages to avoid it.
Lightning swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.

Lightning thows a left - swing and a miss!
Lightning connects with a nice looking jab.
Lightning has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Lightning takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Ba’al Lightning seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Jesservey's coach down at Cozad The Island was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Jesservey's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Jesservey is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Thibodeaux to keep the fight standing.
Thibodeaux makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Thibodeaux is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Thibodeaux definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Karockas Thibodeaux has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mack Jesservey.

Thibodeaux drops Jesservey with a big knee straight up the middle! Jesservey is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
