The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Caruga shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Caruga showed some decent athleticism there.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Caruga is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Zec definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Caruga is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Zec is just riding it out for now. Caruga eventually gives up the hold.

Oh but Caruga is tightening it up a little... Zec has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Zec reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Zec taps out! Nice BJJ there by Caruga!

Silva shoots in looking for a takedown but Dinklage manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Silva's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Greene changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Grigoriev tries to avoid it but Greene manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Grigoriev to the ground. Grigoriev escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Bar fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Fuller avoids it really well and circles away.
We've been hearing reports that Bar has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
