Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Purple Aki!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Lesley Dancer!
The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Bart Greer and Peter Branson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dancer takes a swing at Aki's ribcage but misses.
Aki half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Lesley Dancer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Aki defending well as Dancer loads up on a big left hand.
Aki tries to counter with a takedown but Dancer is quick to defend against it.
Dancer with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Aki gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Dancer.

and Aki decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Dancer's guard.

Dancer really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Aki. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Aki is pulling down on Dancer's head. It's preventing any offense from Dancer, at least for the moment.

Dancer wanted to stand there but Aki had control of the position.
Aki bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Dancer's guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Dancer can do anything to dispel that myth.

Aki passes Dancer's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Aki wants to lay and pray for a moment but Dancer keeps working.

Aki tries to get into range but Dancer steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Aki! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Dancer scores the big KO victory!

A victorious Lesley Dancer thanked his army of followers in his post fight interview, telling people to make sure they follow him on Twitter.
The defeated Purple Aki had this to say: 'I clearly felt a tap! The whole island is corrupt he had more vasoline on him then two puffs going at it on a saturday night '.

McCoy missing with a left hand there. Einstein was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
McCoy avoids the body shot from Einstein.
Nice straight punches there by McCoy. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of McCoy.
Einstein throws a hook to the side of McCoy's head but McCoy sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Einstein shoots in for a takedown but McCoy shows good takedown defense.
McCoy throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Einstein takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Einstein looks for a takedown but McCoy sprawls well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McCoy fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Einstein misses with an uppercut. McCoy saw that one coming.

McCoy misses with a wild combination.
McCoy closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
McCoy missing with a left hand there. Einstein was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Einstein closes the distance and clinches up with McCoy, looking for a takedown. Einstein pushes McCoy against the cage but McCoy circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Albert Einstein. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Einstein shoots in but McCoy avoids the takedown attempt easily.
McCoy catches Einstein with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Einstein has been working on his balance at , so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by McCoy.

Einstein closes this distance looking for a takedown but McCoy circles away.
McCoy lands with an uppercut that bounces Einstein off the cage and back into range.

and McCoy counters with a nice uppercut.
Einstein swings for the body but McCoy moves out of range.
McCoy tries to counter by closing the distance.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
McCoy looks to land a left hand but Einstein moved out of range nicely.
McCoy has worked on his takedown defense in the runup to this fight and it is paying off so far.
Einstein shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and McCoy scores with a counter punch that sends Einstein to the canvas! McCoy smells blood - he's punishing Einstein with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Einstein has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Gillechriosd McCoy!
Gillechriosd McCoy bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
