The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Francisco ducks right into an uppercut from Mai Ni. Francisco tries to clinch up. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lexington shoots in and drives through. Rhat sprawls well. Rhat misses with a hook. Lexington shoots in for a takedown but Rhat shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Lexington clinches. Rhat decides to pull guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Lexington won't allow Rhat to sweep him here. Lexington working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Rhat has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Cozad MMA Hilo. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one. Rhat has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lexington can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Rhat bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Lexington's guard.
