The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hideki avoids a kick to the body.
McTest lands a nice shot that snaps Hideki's head back.
Hideki throws out a loose jab but McTest uses good head movement to avoid it.
Hideki takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
McTest tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hideki was well out of range. Poor timing from McTest.

Hideki jabs McTest to the body, keeping him at a distance.
McTest tries a head kick but it misses.

McTest follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.

McTest takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
This has been an exciting period of action!
McTest scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Hideki dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

McTest uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Hideki.
McTest bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Hideki jabs McTest right on the nose. McTest blinks but takes it well.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A punch lands to the side of Hideki 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Hideki jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
McTest ducks under a wild hook from Hideki.

Hideki feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends McTest sprawling to the canvas! McTest rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Hideki finish him?!
McTest is rocked!
McTest ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
McTest is still on wobbly legs! Can Hideki finish him?
Hideki drops McTest with a big left hand! McTest is injured, injured bad! Hideki jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!

and Childress counters with a series of strikes. McMichael will be more careful next time no doubt.
Childress lunges at McMichael with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by McMichael's hand.
McMichael works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
It looks like Ray Childress has been cut.
McMichael just misses with a punch to the body.

As McMichael looks to move away, Childress throws a big counter combo but McMichael just gets out of the way.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Childress takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Oh Childress is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Childress is breathing heavily.
McMichael goes for a small jab and connects. Now McMichael goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Childress stumbles back but McMichael runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Childress to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Childress will ever be the same after a knockout like that.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Petrov drives through and clinches with Osmanoglu against the cage.

Osmanoglu breaks the clinch.
Osmanoglu shoots in looking for a takedown. Petrov tries to sprawl out of it but Osmanoglu keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Petrov manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Osmanoglu goes for a double leg but Petrov avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Petrov continues to drive forward.
Petrov jumps guard but Osmanoglu stands there with Petrov around his waist. Petrov gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Petrov is pushing Osmanoglu up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Petrov breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Petrov shoots in but no luck this time.

Osmanoglu shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Petrov's guard.

Battuga changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Marius tries to avoid it but Battuga manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Marius to the ground. Marius escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Marius stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Marius manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Battuga on his heels. He'll look to pass Battuga's guard now, I'm sure.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Marius tries to free his leg and advance position but Battuga is retaining full guard.
Marius lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Battuga wants to get back to his feet but Marius is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Battuga throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.

Caius Marius comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
