Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sparring Partner (ranked 2813 p4p, 4111 weight class) and Warfare Test (ranked 341 p4p, 453 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Partner might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to One Step Closer | Linkin Park. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Warfare Test was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Partner lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Partner with a jab.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Test gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Partner lands with a hook. Test tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Partner definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Test throws a lazy uppercut
letting Partner counter with a right hand.
Test takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Test throws a right hand that misses
and Test takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Partner takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Test throws a poor cross that misses
and Partner connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Partner uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Test has time to react.
Test takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Jab, jab by Partner - just one landing.

And that's the end of the fight!
Sparring Partner showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Partner has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

It looked like Review wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Review moves away from the strike by Skill.
Review throwing a counter right hand but Skill manages to avoid it.
Review avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Review bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Skill lands a jab.
Review ducks under a wild hook from Skill.
Skill throws an off balance right hand
and Review counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Review uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Skill.

Test Skill comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Skill has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
