Oliver has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Silva uses from the top position.

Oliver looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Silva has picked Oliver up and slammed him! Oliver can't keep hold of the triangle and Silva manages to pass to side control!

Oliver closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Oliver lands in his opponent's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Oliver drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Silva dives on top into guard.

Silva will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Silva drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Oliver manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Silva has Oliver in his guard.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Oliver is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Well Oliver has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
