Traev closes the distance and clinches.

Traev breaks the clinch.
Traev pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Barov back to the cage. Traev follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Traev tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Barov defends well and Traev ends up having to push Barov into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Traev's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Barov shoots for a double leg takedown but Traev sprawls well. He's pushed Barov's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Barov works over Traev's head and body with a nice combination.
Traev tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Barov defends well and Traev ends up having to push Barov into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

That was a close round but I would say that Traicho Traev will probably get the nod.

Traev shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Barov is trying to defend but Traev finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Traev is pressing down on Barov's thigh, looking to free his foot. Barov is holding on for now.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Traicho Traev.
Well Traev has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Rose shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Reynolds napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Rose tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Rose has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Rose thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Rose is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Reynolds is trying to escape and Rose transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Reynolds is forced to tap! Nice work there by Rose! Very nice indeed!
