The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Henson slips a jab and a cross from Balboa.
Henson works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Balboa uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Henson. Nice defenses there by Henson. Henson scores with a decent looking hook. Balboa could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Henson keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Henson with a body punch. A glancing blow. A swing and a miss from Balboa. Henson scores with the left hand. Balboa knows he should have avoided that one. Henson connects with a body shot. Henson lands the left hand. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Henson misses with an uppercut. Henson cracks a nice hook into Balboa's ribs. Balboa throws a sloppy body shot
and Henson counters with a stiff right hand. Balboa is breathing heavily. Henson lands with a nice combination. Balboa backs away looking to recover. Henson scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Balboa is rocked! Henson digs a good hook to Balboa's body.
Oh Balboa is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Henson ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Balboa's jaw. Balboa's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Henson does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.

3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eddie Hands! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Robert Twigg and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McCriux looks to land a right hand but Hands moved out of range. McCriux lands a nice leg kick that just misses Hands's sensitive parts. McCriux throws out a token jab with nothing on it. McCriux goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Hands uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from McCriux. Hands looking for a takedown here - he's got it. McCriux is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. McCriux pushes Hands off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Hands looks to land a combination but McCriux avoids it well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hands lands a two punch combo.
Hands connects with the punch. Hands lands a really nice looking cross but McCriux seems unphased.
Hands clobbers McCriux with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. McCriux misses with an uppercut. Hands saw that one coming. McCriux drops Hands with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Hands looks back up at him and smiles so McCriux waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
It looks like Eddie Hands has been cut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hands forces McCriux back against the cage and clinches. McCriux stops a takedown attempt from Hands.
McCriux manages to break the clinch.
Hands tries a low kick but McCriux avoids it. Hands tries a head kick but it misses.
Hands misses with the combination.
Hands will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Hands takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McCriux has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Hands dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on McCriux. That did some damage! McCriux misses with a hook. McCriux throws a combination that misses enabling Hands to counter with a crisp jab. McCriux throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
McCriux jabbing away but nothing is landing. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. McCriux is looking to slow Hands down with leg kicks.
That's four minutes gone in the round. McCriux misses the jab. The fighters circling - Hands throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Hands avoids a lazy jab quite easily. McCriux throws a combination that misses and Hands counters with a nice body shot. Hands fails to land with a series of punches.
Logan McCriux is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from McCriux lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Hands has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Hands and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. The fight stays on the outside here - Hands looks like he's thinking about clinching though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Logan McCriux dominated that round. The cut man is working on Eddie Hands's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
McCriux swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
letting Hands counter with a right hand. Nice uppercut there from Hands. McCriux is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Hands's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems. A low kick from Hands misses and McCriux connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Hands rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but McCriux moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Hands is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. McCriux ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hands moves away. McCriux does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Hands throws a leg kick and McCriux counters with a good low kick that Hands was not able to check. Logan McCriux is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hands throws a hook but McCriux blocks it. McCriux cracks Hands on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Hands falls backwards against the cage. McCriux follows up with more strikes that drop Hands to his knees. McCriux keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Hands! This one is all over!

A short right hand to the side of the head by Meyers Jr. Draco has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Meyers Jr is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Meyers Jr creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Meyers Jr is pressed up against the cage. Draco has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Meyers Jr down to the mat. Meyers Jr avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Draco takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Draco swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Meyers Jr counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Draco misses with a leg kick. Meyers Jr clinches with his opponent.

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Donny Meyers Jr. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Meyers Jr, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Riech takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Marcio swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Riech. Marcio lands an overhand right. Marcio moves into the clinch.

Riech will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Riech had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Marcio defends it easily.
And that's the end of the fight! Mondo Marcio comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Marcio has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
