Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mike Woods! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Tim Johns! The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Dmitry Maklakov and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johns feints a jab promting Woods to slip. Johns then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Woods slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Woods tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Johns defends well and Woods ends up having to push Johns into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Johns gets control of Woods's arms and successfully pulls guard. Johns will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Johns wriggles free and stands up. Woods walks into a left hand. Johns misses the shot to the body. Johns lands a slapping body shot.
Johns has Woods up against the cage in a clinch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Johns has Woods pushed against the cage. Woods jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Johns walks away with a smile on his face. Woods gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Johns clinches up against the cage. Woods tries for a takedown. No joy.

Woods escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Johns gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Johns drops back looking for a leg! Woods is in trouble here! Johns gets to his feet. Woods looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Woods is looking to clinch. Johns wants to counter with a clinch but Woods pushes him away. Woods feints and then cracks Johns's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Johns down. Woods tries to clinch but Johns is having none of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Johns throws a series of punches but Woods moves out of range. Johns misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Woods is looking to clinch but Johns is avoiding it.
Johns shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Woods but Woods pushes him off and we're back to square one. Woods seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Woods wants to clinch up but Johns keeps it at a distance. Johns drives through and clinches with Woods against the cage.
Johns is working for takedown but Woods is calmly controlling the position for now. Woods tries for a takedown but Johns manages to get underhooks.
Woods is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Johns to keep the fight standing. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Woods working hard to break the clinch. Johns lands a shot to the body. Woods tries to pull guard but Johns holds him up against the cage and eventually Woods drops back down to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Woods tries to break free but Johns pushes him back against the cage. Johns lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Johns pulls guard successfully.
Woods has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Woods throws a big elbow that misses. Johns has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Woods off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Woods shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. This has been an exciting period of action! Woods will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Woods is breathing heavily. Johns shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Woods sprawls well. Tim Johns dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Johns pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Woods back to the cage. Johns follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Woods lands a nice looking body kick. Johns throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Woods throws a right hand that Johns ducks under and follows up with a left that Johns also avoids with ease. Johns scores with a punch to the head. The fighters circle momentarily. Johns darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Johns tries to score a power double leg takedown but Woods sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Johns somewhat. Tim Johns seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Johns takes the fight into the clinch. Woods tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Johns smiles and moves away.

Woods tries to close the distance and clinch but Johns swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Woods shoots in looking for a takedown but Johns manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Woods's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Woods throws a leg kick which misses Johns's front leg but catches the back leg as Johns tries to avoid it. Johns rushes Woods and presses him up against the cage. Woods takes a shot to the head. Johns is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Woods jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Johns walks away with a smile on his face. Woods gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. That's two minutes gone in the round. Johns has hold of one of Woods's legs. Woods is fighting the takedown attempt but Johns gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. Johns is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Woods utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Johns is stalling in the full guard. Johns passes into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Johns passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Woods! Johns controlling the pace for now. Let's hope that Johns has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Woods tries to hold on but Johns postures up. Johns thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!

Tim Johns showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round! Johns lands a jab-cross combination. Johns misses with the combination.
Johns instigates a clinch. Woods pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Johns is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Johns looks to land a combination. Woods sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Johns lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Johns closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Johns is pressed up against the cage. Woods has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Johns down to the mat. Johns avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Mike Woods is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Johns moves into range and clinches up with Woods. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Johns is defending well against a takedown attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Woods taking a breather. Woods jumps guard but Johns stands there with Woods around his waist. Woods gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

The fight moves into the clinch position. Woods is trying to drag Johns to the mat but Johns just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Johns's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Woods fails with an attempt to clinch.
Woods is looking to clinch. Johns feints the counter takedown. Johns throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Johns is trying hard to land a takedown here. Woods sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Johns takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Woods wants to clinch. Woods fails with a takedown attempt. Johns instigates a clinch. Woods is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Mike Woods has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Tim Johns is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Johns on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
And that's the end of the fight! Tim Johns comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Johns has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Knudsen manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Beckham on his heels. He'll look to pass Beckham's guard now, I'm sure. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Knudsen postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Beckham is trying to control the position but Knudsen postures up. Beckham working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Knudsen doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Beckham is tightening it up a little... Knudsen has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Knudsen reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Knudsen taps out! Nice BJJ there by Beckham!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Segamar forces Lo back against the cage and clinches. Lo misses with a hook from the clinch. Segamar misses with a hook to the ribs.
Lo has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Segamar is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Segamar works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Segamar is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Lo is controlling him.

I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Lo connects with a nice short shot to Segamar's temple. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lo prevents Segamar from standing back up.

Lo has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Lo is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Segamar can do anything to dispel that myth. Lo working the head and body with strikes. Lo is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Segamar is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Lo is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Segamar knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Lo cracks Segamar with an elbow. That is naaassty. Segamar is pushing Lo's head away, looking to escape. Lo manages to hold on to the position though. Lo wants to control but Segamar is keeping him busy. Segamar is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Lo is controlling him well. Segamar takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Matveychuk takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Matveychuk is not in a great position here, taking some shots. You can see the frustration on Matveychuk 's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Forde is working Matveychuk over with some ground and pound from side control. Forde is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Forde landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Forde trying to control the position but Matveychuk is working away. Forde landing strikes. Forde lands an elbow. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Matveychuk holds on to Forde's head and controls the position momentarily. Forde cracks Matveychuk with a big right hand but Matveychuk just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Benavidez is rocked! Akkersdijk will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Benavidez is refusing to be controlled, as Akkersdijk sits in half guard. Benavidez is still in real trouble! Can Akkersdijk finish him? The bell rings for round one and we are underway! HaKotesh bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Top explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there! Top misses with a body shot.
Top throws a sloppy head kick and HaKotesh moves out of range easily. Top dives in and grabs HaKotesh's left leg, looking for a takedown. HaKotesh pushes down on Top's head and hops out. HaKotesh tries to counter with a clinch but Top shakes him off and moves away. Top fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Top misses with a body shot.
HaKotesh steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Top. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! HaKotesh gets a double leg takedown into Top's guard. HaKotesh working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Top's head. HaKotesh is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Top wants to sweep but no luck. Good work by HaKotesh as he checks the leg kick. Top wants to clinch up but HaKotesh keeps it at a distance. Top gets in close and instigates a clinch. HaKotesh keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Top's efforts to push away. HaKotesh drops down looking for an ankle pick but Top pulls his leg out and moves away.

HaKotesh is thwarting Top's attempts to control the position. HaKotesh takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. HaKotesh looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Top with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. HaKotesh moves into full mount! Top won't be happy about that! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! HaKotesh looking for a guillotine from mount but Top is having none of it.

Tate manages to regain half guard. Good work. Sleech is nestled in close to Tate, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Colin Daytona! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Conor McGregor! The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Konstantin Menshow and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McGregor fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Daytona looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Daytona misses with a takedown attempt and McGregor counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Daytona is lucky that one didn't land flush. McGregor shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Daytona as he avoids it easily. Daytona shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts McGregor as he jumps to the side. McGregor throws a series of punches but Daytona avoids them all with ease. The fight stays on the outside here - Daytona looks like he's thinking about clinching though. McGregor feints the counter takedown. Daytona throws a head kick but McGregor moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. McGregor shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Daytona pinned against the cage. Daytona gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Daytona misses with a body kick. McGregor tries to counter by closing the distance.
That's one minute gone in the round. McGregor on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Daytona. Daytona obviously looking to wear him down.
Daytona fails with a takedown attempt from distance. McGregor swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Colin Daytona. That's going to take a lot out of him. McGregor scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Daytona has his takedown stuffed and McGregor counters with a three punch combo that has Daytona backing up. Daytona nods at McGregor to acknowledge the strikes. Daytona throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around McGregor's waist but McGregor gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Daytona off to one side. McGregor steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Daytona. Daytona tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. McGregor shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Daytona but Daytona pushes him off and we're back to square one. Daytona really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Daytona tries for a takedown but McGregor circles away easily and McGregor counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McGregor goes for a high kick. It partially lands. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Daytona swats away the attempt to clinch by McGregor. Daytona shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. McGregor defends it nicely. Daytona doesn't succeed with the takedown and McGregor counters with a stiff right hand. Daytona is breathing heavily. McGregor tries to close the distance and clinch but Daytona swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Daytona tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McGregor misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Daytona is looking to counter the offense by McGregor and move into the clinch. McGregor moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. McGregor uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Daytona. A head kick from McGregor lands but Daytona takes it in his stride. Daytona takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Daytona closes the distance and clinches. Daytona tries to pull guard but McGregor holds him up against the cage and eventually Daytona drops back down to his feet.
Daytona escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

That's four minutes gone in the round. McGregor stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and McGregor wants it to stay on the feet. McGregor tries to counter with a clinch but Daytona shakes him off and moves away. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Daytona tries to bum rush McGregor with a series of wild strikes but McGregor uses good footwork to avoid the assault. McGregor misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. McGregor throws a series of punches but Daytona avoids them all with ease. Daytona throws a head kick that misses. McGregor goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Daytona will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Conor McGregor dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! McGregor tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Daytona seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. McGregor swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Daytona throws a body punch but McGregor moves out of range. McGregor moves to clinch but Daytona breaks away and Daytona counters with a head kick. McGregor has taken the fight to the clinch.

McGregor got a little sloppy there for a moment and Daytona has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, McGregor has managed to get both his arms back between Daytona's legs - danger averted. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. McGregor in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Daytona looking to control.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. The fight moves into the clinch position. McGregor stops a takedown attempt from Daytona.

Colin Daytona is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. McGregor lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Daytona has McGregor up against the cage in a clinch.
