The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Sirovica checks a leg kick. Sirovica showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Van Ironfist.
Van Ironfist stuffs the takedown. Van Ironfist punishes Sirovica's body with a nice straight punch. Sirovica moves away from the strike by Van Ironfist. Rus is looking to control Brawn's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Rus avoid being mounted? The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Brawn throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Brawn is thwarting Rus's attempts to control the position. Brawn landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Brawn not landing any meaningful shots this time. This one could be over very soon! Silva goes limp - he's gone! Angelo jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
