 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ribeiro tries to clinch but Threepwood moves out of range. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Threepwood throws a big shot that misses. Threepwood misses with a head kick.

Threepwood lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Smith connects with a right hand. Jodoin shakes it off. Jodoin lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Jodoin misses with a two punch combination.
Jodoin looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Jodoin throws a right hand that Smith ducks under and follows up with a left that Smith also avoids with ease. Ramon Jodoin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Smith ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jodoin moves away. Smith misses with a body shot.

Smith is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Jodoin. Jodoin throws a right and a left that both miss. Some wild striking there from Jodoin.

Smith changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jodoin looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Jodoin wants to control but Smith postures up. Jodoin wants to get back to his feet but Smith drags him back down.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Austin lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Mimms circles away quickly and effectively. Mimms lands with an uppercut that bounces Austin off the cage and back into rage. Austin looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Mimms cracks Austin with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Mimms clinches. Mimms lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Mimms is working Austin over against the cage. Mimms lands with a short shot to the head. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Mimms displaying some good clinch control by pressing Austin up against the cage. Mimms digs a right hand underneath Austin's ribcage. Austin let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Mimms breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Mimms ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Austin moves away. Austin looks to clinch and Mimms connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Austin looks gassed! Austin takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
A right-left combo lands from Mimms. Austin tries to clinch but fails miserably and Mimms counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Mimms uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
 Austin is rocked! Mimms scores with the left hand. Austin knows he should have avoided that one. Austin is still on wobbly legs! Can Mimms finish him? Mimms throws an overhand right that drops Austin like a sack of potatoes! Mimms dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Marshall fails with the takedown. Marshall has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. putin looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Marshall changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. putin tries to avoid it but Marshall manages to keep hold of a leg and drag putin to the ground. putin escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. No luck with that takedown attempt from Marshall. vladimir putin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lenord Marshall. putin lands a nice leg kick that just misses Marshall's sensitive parts. Marshall looks gassed! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! Marshall drops back, looking for a kneebar! putin looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. putin looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from putin! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

vladimir putin dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Marshall throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around putin's waist but putin gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Marshall off to one side.
Marshall throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. putin was covering up waiting for the punch and Marshall finishes the takedown easily into guard. putin wants to stand and escape but Marshall is having none of it.
Marshall drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and putin dives on top into guard. putin preventing the sweep.
putin decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Marshall, up you get! Both fighters are breathing heavily. Marshall ducks right into an uppercut from putin. putin is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Marshall can do to turn this around? Ooooh, nice body kick lands from putin. Marshall shrugs it off though. Donk. putin catches Marshall right on the button with a cross.
 That's one minute gone in the round. putin thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Marshall if he has to take too many more of those.

putin goes for a high kick. It partially lands. putin throws a quick inside leg kick. vladimir putin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Marshall shoots in but no luck this time. Marshall on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by putin. putin obviously looking to wear him down.

Marshall stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from putin. putin lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. putin leaves Marshall with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Dempsey throws a hook to the side of Calhoun's head but Calhoun sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. KJ Dempsey seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Calhoun avoids a punch combination nicely.

Calhoun throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Dempsey stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Calhoun throws a good cross that connects.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Grimaldi throws an overhand right that lands on Lassiter's shoulder, as Lassiter tries to avoid the shot. Grimaldi gets cracked there but stands up to it.
 It looks like Mike Grimaldi has been cut. Lassiter will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Irvin postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Lebaron is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Irvin, into his guard. Lebaron controls from within his opponent's guard.

Lebaron thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Irvin escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lebaron gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Lebaron trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Lebaron stands and throws Irvin's legs to the side, diving into side control. Irvin might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Lebaron just content to control the position.

9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Trujillo Youngblood! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Doctor Jones! The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Franklyn Lucas and Lou da Vinci.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Youngblood with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Jones to score with a decent uppercut. Jones rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Youngblood moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Jones steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Youngblood. Youngblood tries to score with a low kick but Jones moves his leg out of the way. Youngblood tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Jones is able to avoid easily. Jones takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Youngblood walks into a left hand. Jones dives in and grabs Youngblood's left leg, looking for a takedown. Youngblood pushes down on Jones's head and hops out. A left and a right from Jones both land. Nice combination. Youngblood cracks Jones with an open hand slap. Jones checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Youngblood moves into range and connects with a jab. Jones tries to close the distance and clinch up but Youngblood swats him away and circles back towards the center. Youngblood is looking to score with low kicks. Youngblood lands a nice hook to Jones's body. Jones takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Youngblood on the wrong end of a nice jab. Jones walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Youngblood is fighting to maintain full guard but Jones has managed to sneak the leg through. Jones thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Jones creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Jones lands a body shot. A head punch on the inside from Youngblood fails to land. Jones pushes Youngblood back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Jones digs a right hand into Youngblood's ribs. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jones accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Jones postures up in Youngblood's guard and throws a big left but Youngblood blocks it. Youngblood avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Jones loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Youngblood is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Jones makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Jones won't allow Youngblood to sweep him here.
 The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Youngblood throws a leg kick and Youngblood takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Youngblood buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
A slow jab from Youngblood misses its intended target. Jones scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.  Youngblood is rocked! Jones connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Oh Youngblood is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Youngblood walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Jones swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
