The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Harris tries to clinch up. The fight stays on the outside here - Harris looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Harris lands a nice hook to Rogers's body. Rogers takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Harris tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Rogers paws at him with a jab and circles away. Harris misses with a body shot.

Rogers feints and as Harris raises his hands in defense, Rogers changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Rogers stopping the sweep attempt from Harris. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Harris working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Rogers.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rogers stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Harris throws up his legs and catches Rogers in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Rogers tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Harris! That came out of nowhere!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hill pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Key fails to land with a series of punches.
Key defending well as Hill loads up on a big left hand. A punch lands to the side of Hill 's head but he takes it in his stride. Hill thows a left - swing and a miss! A punch combination from Key misses. Key swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Hill misses with an uppercut. Key saw that one coming. A big right from Hill misses. Hill uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Key. Hill misses with a series of wild punches.
Key rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hill moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Hill is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
It looks like Douglas Key has been cut. Key misses with a double jab
and Hill counters with a big right hand! Oh Key is in trouble here! Hill follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ishi connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Ishi lands with a straight right. Gabriel didn't see that one coming. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Ishi, as that shot connected.
Gabriel throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Ishi lands the left hand. Ishi scores with a crisp jab that stopped Gabriel in his tracks. Ishi catches Gabriel with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Ishi tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gabriel paws at him with a jab and circles away. Gabriel fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Ishi keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Gabriel feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Ishi preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Gabriel has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Gabriel is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Gabriel slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Gabriel looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Ishi tries to buck Gabriel off but Gabriel is having none of it.

And that's the end of the fight! Matt Holl comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Matt Holl has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. Taylor looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. McGinley cracks a nice hook into Taylor's ribs. Taylor takes a shot right to the bread basket. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Taylor shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says McGinley as he avoids it easily. McGinley lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Taylor at a distance.
Taylor is breathing heavily. Taylor takes a shot right to the bread basket. McGinley thuds a left hand into Taylor's body. McGinley lands a lovely overhand right. McGinley throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. BOOM! McGinley lands a beautiful left hook that drops Taylor. Taylor tries to recover but McGinley is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Taylor lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Borcuha shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Borcuha is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Cates is trying to maintain the position but Borcuha is very close to passing his half guard. Cates manages to escape and get back to his feet! Borcuha shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Cates pinned against the cage. Cates gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Borcuha shoots in for a double leg but Cates sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Borcuha looks gassed!
That's one minute gone in the round. Cates closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Borcuha tries to bench press Cates off him but Cates keeps the position. Cates working the body and head with strikes. Cates will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Cates landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.
It looks like Vnature Borcuha has been cut. Borcuha tries to bench press Cates off him but Cates keeps the position. Cates is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Borcuha is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Borcuha takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Cates is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Borcuha will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Cates works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
That has opened up Vnature Borcuha's cut even more. Cates connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Borcuha some visible discomfort.

The cut above Vnature Borcuha's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Cates scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Borcuha is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Cates can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
