The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Williams throws the kick towards the body but Jabilov avoids it.
Williams takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Jabilov throws a hook but Williams blocks it.
Williams lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Jabilov ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Williams moves away.

Williams looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

and Williams counters with a body kick that stops Jabilov in his tracks momentarily.
Jabilov jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Jabilov takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Williams tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jabilov sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Williams somewhat.
Williams lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Williams bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

A decent looking cross lands there for Williams.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Williams throws a push kick but Jabilov slaps the foot to one side.

Williams will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Jabilov up against the cage.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That was a close round but I would say that Rustam Jabilov will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Williams lands a big right hand that drops Jabilov! The killer instinct kicks in and Williams finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Williams!
