These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lesage wants to clinch. Lesage has managed to clinch.
Lesage pulls Kekoa into guard.
Kekoa stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lesage swivels though and keeps the full guard. Lesage working for submissions but it's allowed Kekoa to get to half guard.

That's one minute gone in the round. Kekoa wants to pass to mount but Lesage is defending the position. Kekoa passes into side control, despite Lesage's attempt to control the position.
Lesage trying to remain calm as Kekoa controls from the top position. Lesage prevents Kekoa from improving position. Kekoa in side control, just content to control the action for now. You can see the frustration on Lesage's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Kekoa advances to mount. Kekoa controlling his opponent. Kekoa tries to control but Lesage wriggling away. Lesage is in all sorts of trouble here.

Kekoa throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Lesage because Kekoa loaded up on that one. Kekoa controlling from the full mount. Kekoa avoids the attempt from Lesage to control. Poor strikes thrown by Kekoa there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Lesage tries to lock up and control but Kekoa gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Kekoa sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Lesage is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Kekoa is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Lesage. Robbie Lesage is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Lesage doesn't manage to clinch there - Kekoa circles away.
Lesage tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Kekoa manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. A counter left hand to the body from Kekoa misses its target. Lesage pushes Kekoa up against the cage in a clinch. Kekoa stalling in the clinch but Lesage improves position. Lesage manages to pull guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lesage can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Kekoa controls the pace. Kekoa is posturing up here but Lesage has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Kekoa tries to roll out but it's too tight and Kekoa has to tap! Slick submission there by Lesage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jacquinot misses with a right hand and Gordon counters with a takedown into side control. Gordon trying to control the action but Jacquinot is working from the bottom. Jacquinot wants to get back to his feet but Gordon drags him back down. Jacquinot is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Gordon scoring with punches from side control. Jacquinot taking a bit of punishment here - Gordon scoring with strikes. Gordon definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Gordon working the head and body with strikes. Gordon lands a nice forearm strike. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Gordon landing a few strikes. Gordon working the ground and pound. Gordon wants to control but Jacquinot is keeping him busy. Gordon has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Gordon is looking to take a break and control but Jacquinot is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Gordon working the head and body with strikes. Gordon working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.

Gordon sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Jacquinot and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Gauthier pushes Jackson up against the cage in a clinch. A short right from Gauthier on the inside. Jackson looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. A frustrated look appears on Jackson's face as he tries to break the clinch. Gauthier gets underhooks to prevent Jackson's takedown attempt.
Jackson is trying to pull guard but Gauthier turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Jackson is trying to push Gauthier away but Gauthier has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Gauthier lands an elbow inside. Jackson goes for a takedown attempt but Gauthier pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Ryder Gauthier has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mark Jackson. Gauthier defending well as Jackson loads up on a big left hand. Gauthier wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Gauthier stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Gauthier wants it to stay on the feet. Jackson throws a hook but Gauthier blocks it. Gauthier moves in looking to clinch but Jackson pushes him off. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gauthier slips under a jab from Jackson. Gauthier scores with a nice right hand.
Gauthier uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. A decent looking cross lands there for Gauthier. This has been an exciting period of action! Jackson shoots in but Gauthier avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Jackson has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Jackson there as he acknowledges the shot. Gauthier forces Jackson back against the cage and clinches. Jackson is trying to pull guard but Gauthier has him pressed against the cage. Jackson tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Gauthier smiles and moves away.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Jackson is defended easily by Gauthier. Jackson has his takedown stuffed and Gauthier counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Jackson is rocked! Gauthier fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Jackson, pushing him back against the cage. Jackson is still on wobbly legs! Can Gauthier finish him? Gauthier lands a big knee to the head and Jackson goes down! Gauthier pounces and finishes the fight with strikes! He jumps to his feet and celebrates with the crowd!

Bhullar looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Bhullar on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Christ buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Bhullar has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Bhullar there as he acknowledges the shot. Christ's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Christ duly obliges. It looks like Martin Bhullar has been cut. Bhullar walks into a straight right hand from Christ. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Christ cracks Bhullar with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Christ scores with a kick to the midsection.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Christ scores with a decent looking hook. Christ has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off. A decent looking body kick lands there for Christ. Christ has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Bhullar uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Christ.
Bhullar went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. A left lands for Christ. Christ looks to land a combination. Bhullar sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Christ cracks Bhullar with a good jab. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Bhullar crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Christ - the referee stops the clock and Bhullar gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Christ. Bhullar manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Christ wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Bhullar with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Christ to score with a decent uppercut. Christ smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Bhullar moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Christ throws a head kick that Bhullar semi-blocks.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Christ connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Sloppy strikes from Christ. Those never looked like landing. Christ throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Bhullar on the side of the head. This has been an exciting period of action! Christ throws a sloppy head kick and Bhullar moves out of range easily. Bhullar throws a big counter combination but Christ scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Nice cross by Christ. Bhullar walks into a straight right hand from Christ. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Christ follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Christ tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bhullar was well out of range. Poor timing from Christ. Christ scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Jesus Christ seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A chopping leg kick lands by Christ. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Good leg kick by Christ. Christ bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Bhullar's head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Christ throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Bhullar's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Christ dives in looking to finish as Bhullar flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Christ's strikes! Christ is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Bhullar's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Bhullar was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kinsey looks for the body kick but Acosta saw that one coming. Acosta dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Kinsey. That did some damage! Kinsey closes this distance looking for a takedown but Acosta circles away. Acosta looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Kinsey moves to clinch but Acosta breaks away and Acosta counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Acosta. Kinsey wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Acosta manages to pass to side control. Acosta working Kinsey over with strikes. Kinsey wants to get back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Acosta is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Acosta seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Acosta has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Acosta in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Kinsey tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Acosta!

Williams throws a hook to the side of Nbang's head but Nbang sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Nbang instigates a clinch. Nbang escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Nbang takes the fight into the clinch. Nbang pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Williams throws a right and a left that Nbang avoids nicely. Nbang moves out of range of the strikes. Nbang let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. Williams swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Williams punishes Nbang's body with a nice straight punch. Williams lands a nice hook to Nbang's body. Nbang takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. This has been an exciting period of action! Nbang uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Williams.
Nbang will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Uppercuts and crosses smash into Williams's face. Williams staggers backwards, shaken. Williams rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Nbang moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Nbang throws a body punch but Williams moves out of range. Nbang takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Nbang pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Stand Nbang seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Williams dodges the punch combination from Nbang.
Williams definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Nbang tries to clinch but Williams moves out of range. A counter left hand to the body from Williams misses its target. Nbang forces Williams back against the cage and clinches. Williams tries to break free but Nbang pushes him back against the cage. A right handed body shot lands from Nbang.
Williams is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Nbang pulls him back up using the underhooks. A nice right hand lands inside from Nbang. Nbang breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Nbang misses with a few strikes there.

Nbang misses with a looping left. Williams is looking for a counter combo. Nbang pushes Williams up against the cage in a clinch. Nbang digs a right hand into Williams's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Williams's gas tank. Williams changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Nbang fights it off and pushes away nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tom Williams. That's going to take a lot out of him. Williams tries to keep at a distance but Nbang has taken the fight into the clinch. Williams's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Nbang pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Williams jabs at Nbang's body. Williams throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Nbang moves in looking to clinch but Williams pushes him off. Stand Nbang is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Nbang jabbing away but nothing is landing. Williams is looking to wear down Nbang with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nbang uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Williams. Nbang looks like he wants to counter punch here. Williams pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Nbang back to the cage. Williams follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Williams swinging wildly here.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wallace dives in for a single leg takedown but Pietra sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. The fight stays on the outside here - Wallace looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Wallace closes the distance and pushes Pietra back into the cage.
