Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ray Teevie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Diesel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Teevie comes to the cage accompanied by Stupid Kid. Diesel has chosen "What You Know" - T.I. as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Teevie looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Teevie dips to his left and cracks Diesel with an uppercut! Diesel misses with a takedown attempt and Teevie counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Diesel closes the distance and clinches. Diesel with a knee to the head.

Teevie looking to sit in guard and control but Diesel gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Teevie is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Wow. Wow uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ishikawa.

Ishikawa tries to clinch but Wow is having none of it. Wow showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Ishikawa.
Wow shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Ishikawa manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Wow lands a couple of decent looking shots. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wow tries to free his leg and advance position but Ishikawa is retaining full guard. Ishikawa utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Wow stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ishikawa swivels though and keeps the full guard. Ishikawa tries to land a sweep but no joy. Wow is looking to work some ground and pound but Ishikawa has wrist control.
That's one minute gone in the round. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Ishikawa is on top in guard.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Wow is trying hard to land a takedown here. Ishikawa sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Wow throws an overhand right that lands on Ishikawa's shoulder, as Ishikawa tries to avoid the shot. Ishikawa throws a jab when Wow was well out of range. Ishikawa connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Ishikawa throws a nice looking combination but Wow bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Wow takes a kick to the side of the head. Wow shoots in for a double leg but Ishikawa sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Bushi Ishikawa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sham Wow. Ishikawa wants to clinch. Wow throws a body punch but Ishikawa moves out of range.

Ishikawa manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Ishikawa throws a head kick but Wow moves out of range.
Wow shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Ishikawa as he jumps to the side. Ishikawa throws a half hearted mid kick. Wow circles away from the clinch attempt and Wow counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Ishikawa thinking. Ishikawa moves in looking to clinch but Wow pushes him off.

It looks like Sham Wow has been cut. Wow takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Nice straight punches there by Ishikawa. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Ishikawa.
Wow is rocked! Ishikawa rushes Wow and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Ishikawa tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Ishikawa misses with an elbow strike.

Wow tightens his grip and picks Ishikawa up, before dumping him to the ground. Ishikawa manages to land in guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Ishikawa looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Wow puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Ishikawa is looking to control Wow's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Ishikawa avoid being mounted? And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Wow scoring with punches to the head and body. Ishikawa seems keen to control Wow's posture. Wow preventing the sweep. It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Ishikawa here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

Ishikawa is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Ishikawa managing to control the position. Ishikawa looking to hit a scissor sweep but Wow is one step ahead there. Ishikawa avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Wow looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Ishikawa wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Wow looking to finish with strikes here!
Ishikawa controls the position. Ishikawa is desperately trying to improve his position but Wow has a good base and remains in mount. Wow wants to control the pace but Ishikawa is squirming around nicely. Ishikawa gets back to half guard. Wow missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Ishikawa gets full guard. Ishikawa keeping full guard, as Wow tries to pass. Ishikawa controls Wow momentarily but Wow frees himself. Wow loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wow postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Wow passes easily into side control. Nice work. Wow tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Ishikawa dodges the ground and pound from Wow. Wow throws an elbow but Ishikawa slips to the side and avoids it well.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. The fighters circling - Wow throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Good shot there by Ishikawa. Wow thuds a left hand into Ishikawa's body. Ishikawa thows a body shot but no joy. A looping hook to the body misses from Wow. Ishikawa does a little dance to reset his feet. Ishikawa scores with a body shot.
Wow checks a leg kick. Wow wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Wow uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Wow moves away from the strike by Ishikawa. Wow tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Bushi Ishikawa is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Wow shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Wow fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Ishikawa thows a leg kick but Wow checks it and Wow counters with a lovely straight right hand! Wow fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Ishikawa lands with a straight right. Wow didn't see that one coming. Wow shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Ishikawa's guard. Ishikawa tries to land a sweep but no joy. Wow trying to control but Ishikawa is working from the bottom. Wow trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Ishikawa manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! Wow takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ishikawa controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Ishikawa is in close to Wow's body, working some short punches and elbows. Wow trying to control the position.
Ishikawa stands and throws Wow's legs to the side, diving into side control. Ishikawa misses with an attempted head punch from side control. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Ishikawa tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. You can see the frustration on Wow's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Sham Wow. I think Wow has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

I think Smit might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Can't be Touched. Romano is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Almost Easy -- Avenged Sevenfold. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cheese throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Penn scores with a one two! Cheese had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Cheese blocks a leg kick. Penn takes a head kick and keeps coming.
It looks like Rampage Penn has been cut. Cheese misses with a body kick. Penn with a nice cross. Cheese throws a head kick but Penn moves out of range.
