Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Olavi Eriksson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ispa Koski! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Wagner Zegers and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck for Eriksson with that takedown attempt. Eriksson avoids the body shot from Koski.
Koski shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Koski is keen to just control but Eriksson is a slippery customer. Koski wants to stand up but Eriksson has a hold of him and won't allow it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Koski seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Eriksson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Eriksson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Koski swats him away and circles back towards the center. Eriksson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Koski but Koski pushes him off and we're back to square one. Koski is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. Eriksson tries to clinch up but Koski circles away and keeps his distance. Eriksson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Koski sprawls well. Koski wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Eriksson gets slowly back to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Olavi Eriksson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Koski closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Eriksson did well to prevent Koski getting side control. Koski thows a huge punch but Eriksson dodges it nicely.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Koski uses his free foot to push down on Eriksson's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Eriksson. Eriksson wants to control but Koski is having none of it. Koski is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Eriksson to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Eriksson shrugs it off. Eriksson is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Koski trying to control but he's not successful this time. Eriksson holds of for dear life. Eriksson throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Eriksson wants to control but Koski is having none of it. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Ispa Koski dominated that round. That's time! Eriksson's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Eriksson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Koski swivels and escapes. Koski shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Koski thumps the canvas. That's one minute gone in the round. Eriksson has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Koski is working away from the top position though. Eriksson has his hands clasped together around Koski's back. He's all about the action. Koski tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Eriksson.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Koski misses with a wild combination.
Koski shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Eriksson's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Koski trying to control but Eriksson is working from the bottom. Eriksson on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Eriksson tries to get out of the position. Koski stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Eriksson swivels though and keeps the full guard. Eriksson wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Koski trying to control but Eriksson is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Eriksson trying to control the position here. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Eriksson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Koski's waist but Koski gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Eriksson off to one side. The fight moves into the clinch position. The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Koski successfully pulls guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Koski manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Eriksson manages to get himself to full guard.
Eriksson had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Koski defends it easily. Eriksson keeping moving, preventing Koski from controlling successfully. Koski has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Koski is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Ispa Koski showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round! No luck for Koski with that takedown attempt. Koski is looking to clinch. Koski misses with an uppercut. Eriksson drops down looking for a counter takedown but Koski sprawls and moves away. Olavi Eriksson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Eriksson tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Koski tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Koski throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Koski throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Eriksson counters with a three punch combo that has Koski backing up. Koski nods at Eriksson to acknowledge the strikes. Eriksson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Koski defends it nicely. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Eriksson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. As Eriksson backs off Koski throws a huge counter combo but Eriksson manages to avoid it all. Koski walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Koski is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Koski. Eriksson breaks from the clinch.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hakkinen swats away the attempt to clinch by Rosberg. Rosberg looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Rosberg darts in looking for a takedown but Hakkinen gets double underhooks and turns Rosberg into the cage. Hakkinen takes a kick to the side of the head. It looks like Ispa Hakkinen has been cut. Rosberg tries to close the distance and clinch but Hakkinen swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Rosberg tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Hakkinen defends well and Rosberg ends up having to push Hakkinen into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Ispa Hakkinen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kalle Rosberg. Hakkinen is looking to clinch but Rosberg is avoiding it.

Hakkinen manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Rosberg makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Hakkinen working a defensive guard here.
Rosberg won't allow Hakkinen to sweep him here. Hakkinen is working hard here to advance position. Rosberg is fighting to break Hakkinen's control of his arms but Hakkinen is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Rosberg doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Hakkinen is tightening it up a little... Rosberg has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Rosberg reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Rosberg taps out! Nice BJJ there by Hakkinen!

A frustrated look appears on Forssell's face as he tries to break the clinch. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Enqvist creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Enqvist is trying to stall.
Enqvist is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Forssell is keeping busy. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Enqvist's head. Enqvist is trying to maintain the position but Forssell is very close to passing his half guard. Enqvist is in trouble now - Forssell has advanced to mount!
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Forssell trying to control but Enqvist is having none of it. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Enqvist tries to get back to half guard but can't.
And that's the end of the fight! Timo Forssell comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Forssell has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pentele leaves Bottas with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Nice sprawl there from Pentele as Bottas shoots in. Bottas looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lars Bottas. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bottas fails with the takedown. Pentele gets a takedown into half guard. Bottas trying to control but Pentele postures up.

That's one minute gone in the round. Pentele slips a nice elbow through Bottas's hands, connecting with Bottas's forehead. Pentele with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. It looks like Pentele is going to stand back up.
Well, if Pentele is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Bottas on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Pentele landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Pentele passes the guard and advances to mount! Bottas is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Pentele putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Bottas is looking to improve his position but Pentele isn't that keen on the idea. Pentele cracks Bottas with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pentele tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Pentele looking to finish Bottas with some ground and pound. This is bad for Bottas! Pentele has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Pentele controlling the pace for now. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. BOOM! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Raikkonen changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ukkola tries to avoid it but Raikkonen manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ukkola to the ground. Ukkola escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Raikkonen throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Ahola looking for a takedown. Johansson turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Johansson manages to end up in side control. Ahola tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Johansson has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Ahola! Can he survive? No! He's out! Johansson gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
