Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mike Miami! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Freddie Simons! The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Michael Johnstone and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Miami has managed to clinch.
A right handed body shot lands from Miami.
Simons tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Miami just stands there and leans against the cage. Simons is looking for a takedown. Miami's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Miami stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Miami pushes Simons back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Miami lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Miami lands a nice uppercut. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Simons jumps guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Miami engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
That's one minute gone in the round. Simons escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Miami gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Simons looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Miami has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Miami slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Simons working a defensive guard here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Simons throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Simons keeping full guard, as Miami tries to pass. Simons is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Miami has his hands clasped together but Simons extends and breaks Miami's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Simons.

With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Davis Riley! The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Santiago Holmes and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A looping hook to the body misses from Barber. Riley does a little dance to reset his feet. Barber definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. That kick from Barber tenderised Riley's leg. Riley is trying to keep his angry face on. Nice cross by Barber. It looks like Davis Riley has been cut. Riley throws an off balance right hand
and Barber counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Barber walks into a left hand. Riley looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Riley misses the shot to the body. Riley misses with a body shot.
Riley takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Riley drops his hands momentarily and Barber takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Barber lands with an overhand left. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Riley on the wrong end of a nice jab. Riley scores with a jab to the jaw. Riley throws a left and a right that both miss
and Barber connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Riley is rocked! Barber misses with an uppercut. Riley saw that one coming. Riley is still on wobbly legs! Can Barber finish him? Riley ducks under a wild hook from Barber. Riley shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Riley jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

That's one minute gone in the round. Barber scores with a punch to the head. Riley misses with a hook. Barber ducked under it nicely. Riley avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Riley swinging wildly here.

Sloppy strikes from Riley. Those never looked like landing. Barber scores with a hook to the body. Riley takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Riley seems to have recovered his senses. Riley lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Barber circles away quickly and effectively. A head kick misses from Barber. Riley swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Barber moves into the clinch. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Barber. Barber scores with a nice hook to the head. A short right from Barber. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Riley blocking some punches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Riley is trying to break the clinch but Barber has him pressed against the cage. Barber swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Barber scores with a nice hook to the head. Barber lands a right hand that snaps the head of Riley backwards. Barber lands a left hand.
Barber tries to throw a body punch but Riley avoids it by throwing Barber back against the cage. Barber fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Riley loads up on a big right hand but Barber slips the punch. Riley fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Barber on the side of the head. Barber throws the left hand but Riley avoids the punch easily. Riley scores with the left hand. Barber knows he should have avoided that one. The fighters circling - Barber throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Sloppy strikes from Riley. Those never looked like landing. Barber lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Barber fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Riley ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Barber lands a big head kick that sends Riley tumbling to the mat! Barber takes a step backwards and waves Riley back to his feet - he wants the finish! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Riley walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Riley throws a combination that misses and Barber counters with a crisp right that sends Riley to the canvas! Barber follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sen takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Dresden connects with a crisp jab. It looks like Hatsumi Sen has been cut. Dresden lands with an overhand left. Dresden scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Nice uppercut there from Dresden. Sen doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Dresden has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Dresden wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Sen is breathing heavily. Dresden steps into range and cracks Sen with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Sen flops backwards and Dresden dives into his guard looking to finish!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dresden trying to control the position from guard on top but Sen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Dresden wants to pass the guard but Sen is keeping the position. Dresden advances to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dresden tries to pass to full mount but Sen defends it. Dresden is thwarting Sen's attempts to control the position. Dresden is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Sen is just riding it out for now. Dresden eventually gives up the hold. Dresden is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Sen defends it well. Sen is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Dresden is looking to stall here but Sen recovers full guard. Sen throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Dresden trying to control the position from guard on top but Sen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Sen trying to keep a closed guard but Dresden is proving a slippery customer.
Sen bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Dresden's guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Sen accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Dresden not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dresden looking for a sweep. Not yet Dresden, not yet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dresden is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Sen is aware though and is defending well. Dresden is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Dresden looking for a guillotine here but Sen defends easily.

Jojo Dresden dominated that round. The cut man is working on Hatsumi Sen's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Dresden clobbers Sen with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Dresden keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Hatsumi Sen's cut is getting worse. Dresden fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Dresden throws a nice looking combination but Sen bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Sen shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dresden's guard. Sen is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Dresden is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Dresden looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Sen has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Sen is looking to take a break and control but Dresden is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Dresden is trying to get back to full guard. Sen wants to lay and pray for a moment but Dresden keeps working. Dresden has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Sen throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Hatsumi Sen overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Sen landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Sen winds up and cracks Dresden with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Sen tries to pass the half guard into mount. Dresden knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Sen prevents Dresden from improving his position. Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!

I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Sen lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. He's got to try and protect it. Dresden's corner calls for a 1-2. Dresden obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Jojo Dresden seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dresden comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Dresden, as that shot connected.
Sen is rocked! Jeez, Hatsumi Sen's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Dresden lands a head shot. Oh Sen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Dresden drops Sen with a big left hand! Sen is injured, injured bad! Dresden jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Larsson uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Igor. Larsson loads up on a big right hand but Igor slips the punch. Igor throws a lazy right hand but Larsson sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Igor throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Igor throws a big shot that misses. Igor throws a nice inside leg kick. Larsson misses with a series of wild punches.
Igor misses with a looping left. Larsson takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

A little jabbing left from Larsson on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Larsson throws a series of punches but Igor moves out of range. Igor moves out of range of the strikes. Igor throws a jab when Larsson was well out of range. A slapping leg kick lands for Igor.
Larsson scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Larsson looks to land a combination but Igor avoids it well. Larsson throws a nice looking combination but Igor bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Igor sizes up Larsson with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Igor walks into a jab. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Igor takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Nice defenses there by Larsson. A good leg kick by Igor. Larsson might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Larsson chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Igor can pounce on him.

Igor ducked under it nicely. Larsson throws a right and a left that both miss. Larsson fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Craig fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Cunningham sprawls well initially but Craig persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Craig is keen to just control but Cunningham is a slippery customer. Well, if Craig is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Cunningham drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Craig's head, knocking him out cold! Cunningham is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.

Veainu lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Vinkovic will be OK.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Derek stuns Dakat with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Dakat misses with a wild body shot. Dakat misses with a hook. Derek ducked under it nicely. Derek throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Dakat throws a shot from downtown. Derek moves away and avoids it. Dakat has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Derek. A left lands for Derek. Dakat scores with a nice strike. Dakat dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Derek goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Derek uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Derek takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Derek uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Dakat.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Derek throws a right and a left that both miss. Derek swings for the body but Dakat moves out of range.

Dakat looking to hit a scissor sweep but Derek is one step ahead there. Derek trying to control the position from guard on top but Dakat is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Dakat has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Derek should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Dakat has tightened it up now! Derek should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, David Snake! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Snake wants to clinch. A left lands for Potter. Snake tries to clinch there but Potter circles away.
David Snake seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Snake fails in his attempt to clinch. A little jabbing left from Potter on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Snake defending well as Potter loads up on a big left hand. Potter's coach down at Freaky Fight Club was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Potter's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Snake tries to clinch up but Potter circles away and keeps his distance. Snake moves in looking to clinch but Potter pushes him off. Snake is looking to take this fight into the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Potter cracks Snake with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Snake is rocked! Potter drops Snake with a huge uppercut! Snake drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Potter is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Marsh defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Krulov. Krulov has his takedown stuffed and Krulov takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. It looks like Zahar Krulov has been cut. Marsh looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Nice straight punches there by Marsh. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Marsh. Krulov tries for a takedown but Marsh circles away easily and Marsh counters with a nice uppercut. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Zahar Krulov. That's going to take a lot out of him. Krulov misses with a combination
and Marsh scores with a counter punch that sends Krulov to the canvas! Marsh smells blood - he's punishing Krulov with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Krulov has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
