With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Rodtang Jitmuangnon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Joshua Jones! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, James Glass and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jitmuangnon drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jones avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Jitmuangnon. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jones gets back to half guard. Jones wants to improve his position but Jitmuangnon is controlling well.
Jones is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Jitmuangnon pulls his head out easily. Jones is looking to improve his position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jitmuangnon looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Jitmuangnon is trying to control. Jones wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Charles throws the kick towards the body but Man avoids it. Charles shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Man but Man pushes him off and we're back to square one. Charles throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Man. Man moves into the clinch. Charles turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Charles manages to end up in side control. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Man is looking to regain half guard here but Charles keeps moving and retains side control. Man seems a little lost for a moment, as Charles dominates the positioning.
