The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kim shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Adams counters with a stiff right hand.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kim is defended easily by Adams .
Kim misses with a takedown attempt
and Adams makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Fester Adams has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jesse Kim.
Adams leaves Kim with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Adams is looking to counter punch.
