With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Dimebag Abbot! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Del Salar! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Donald Grub and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Abbot misses with a wild body shot. Nice shot lands for Abbot. Salar displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Abbot throws out the jab. Abbot lands a nice shot to the body.
A slow jab from Abbot misses its intended target. Abbot lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Salar at a distance.

and Salar counters with a straight right hand. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Salar looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Salar has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Abbot finds it's way round the side to connect with Salar's head. Salar jabbing away but nothing is landing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nice jab there from Abbot. Salar throws a body shot but no joy. Abbot is looking to counter punch. Salar takes a jab right on the kisser.

Salar now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Abbot throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Salar sees it coming and avoids it easily. Abbot clinches up with Salar and pushes him back against the cage. Salar breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Abbot scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Salar finish him?! Abbot is rocked! It looks like Dimebag Abbot has been cut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Abbot drives through with a takedown into guard. Salar is looking to sweep but instead, Abbot has passed into half guard.
Abbot seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Salar is looking to control Abbot's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Salar avoid being mounted? and Abbot cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Abbot misses with an uppercut
and Salar counters with a nice right hand that sends Abbot toppling to the canvas! Abbot scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Salar finish him?! Oh Abbot is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Abbot throws an overhand right that lands on Salar's shoulder, as Salar tries to avoid the shot. Abbot seems to have got his legs back now. Abbot fails to land with a series of punches.
Abbot looks to clinch and Salar scores with a counter punch that sends Abbot to the canvas! Salar smells blood - he's punishing Abbot with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Abbot has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Del Salar! During a confident post fight interview, Del Salar thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A looping hook to the body misses from Frometa. Kronstedth does a little dance to reset his feet. Frometa connects with a nice looking jab.
Kronstedth uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Frometa. Kronstedth thuds his right hand into Frometa's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Kronstedth uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Frometa. Frometa takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Owen kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Feel Me Flow - Naughty by Nature. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rojas throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Rojas just misses with a punch to the body.

That was a close round but I would say that Light Weight Jones will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Jones throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Miele's waist but Miele gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jones off to one side. Jones wants to land a leg kick but Miele is out of range. Jones shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Miele counters with a stiff right hand. Jones wants to clinch. Miele uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Jones.

Bishop cracks Hardman with a right hand to the side of the head. Bishop manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Hardman on his heels. He'll look to pass Hardman's guard now, I'm sure. Hardman has his foot on Bishop's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bishop works his way back into a safe position though.
