The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guerrero throws a series of punches but Danil moves out of range.
Guerrero tries to bum rush Danil with a series of wild strikes but Danil uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
A nice side step and Danil releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Danil tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Guerrero counters with a nice uppercut.
Danil tries to clinch there but Guerrero circles away.
Guerrero appears to be looking for a big counter.
Guerrero throws a right and a left that both miss.
Danil closes the distance and clinches up with Guerrero, looking for a takedown. Danil pushes Guerrero against the cage but Guerrero circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

North fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ng manages to avoid it.

North drops Ng with a left and a right! Oh, Ng is hurt - North dives into side control looking to finish!

North has hold of Ng's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Ng seems comfortable defending it but North has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Ng is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Ng is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but North couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Sherman closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Campos to the mat! Campos manages to get full guard.
Sherman wants to control from the top but Campos keeps moving.
Sherman throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Campos works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Campos has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Sherman is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Campos.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Sherman working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Sherman creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Campos sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
