The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Quags rushes Tyke and presses him up against the cage.
Quags lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Tyke or not.
Tyke is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Quags's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Tyke pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Tyke gets tackled into the cage by Quags. Quags maintains the clinch.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Quags on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Quags breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Tyke works over Quags's head and body with a nice combination.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Quags is looking to land body kicks.
Tyke lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.

and Quags counters with a leg kick.
Quags blocks a jab.
It looked like Quags was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Tyke.

Quags fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Tyke, pushing him back against the cage.

Quags is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Quags for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure.

Tyke manages to break the clinch.
Tyke just misses with a punch to the body.
Quags throws a leg kick that is checked
and Tyke counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Quags misses with a series of wild punches.
A head kick misses from Quags.
Tyke tries to counter by closing the distance.
Tyke throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Tyke tries to keep at a distance but Quags has taken the fight into the clinch.
Tyke is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Schmidt takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

The fight stays on the outside here - Schmidt looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Schmidt throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Schmidt fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Litt has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Schmidt uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Litt.

I would just about give that final round to Stryker Litt.

Okongorimbo tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Chai manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
A little feinted left hand from Chai on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Okongorimbo throws a head kick but Chai moves out of range.
Thembagog Okongorimbo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chai fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Okongorimbo looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
A nice inside leg kick there by Chai. That's going to slow Okongorimbo down.
Okongorimbo connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Chai momentarily.
Okongorimbo tries to clinch up.
Chai wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

and Chai counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
It looks like Thembagog Okongorimbo has been cut.

Chai scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Okongorimbo doesn't seem bothered though.

Chai's jab looks to have found its range, popping Okongorimbo under the eye.
Chai throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Okongorimbo.

Chai lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Chai makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Okongorimbo drops his guard momentarily, allowing Chai to crack him with a picture perfect lead left hook! Boom! Down goes Okongorimbo! Oh, he's in big trouble - I don't like his chances here as the referee's count reaches 5. 6,7,8,9...10! He's out! Chai takes it!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Montserrat Chai!
