Ridley is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Igor screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Main event

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Eric Frost (ranked 107 p4p, 628 weight class) and Augustus Walls (ranked 15 p4p, 76 weight class). Frost comes into the arena with Procreation (of the Wicked) blaring out of the sound system. Augustus Walls will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frost looks for a takedown but Walls sprawls well.
Walls leaves Frost with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Walls swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.

Frost gets the takedown into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
You can see the frustration on Walls's face as Frost controls the position.
Frost definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Walls tries to bench press Frost off him but Frost keeps the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Walls is still trying to improve position.
Frost tries to move into full mount but can't pass Walls's legs.
Walls is looking for a sweep.

Walls tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Frost presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!

Walls tries to free his leg and advance position but Frost is retaining full guard.

Walls looking to improve position, pressing down on Frost's thigh with his hand. Frost seems to be working to lock up a guilotine though... is Walls paying attention? Apparently not! He's locked it up tight! Walls's face has turned purple! Will he tap? Will he! YES! He's tapped! Frost picked his opening and made it count! Great finish!
