Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Steve Fisher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dwayne Perry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fisher kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Must Be The Money. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fisher defending well as Perry loads up on a big left hand. Perry throws a body punch but Fisher moves out of range. Perry walks into a left hand.
It looks like Dwayne Perry has been cut. Fisher avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Perry misses with an uppercut. Fisher saw that one coming. Perry misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Fisher.
Fisher connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Perry scores with a body shot.
Perry lands a left and a right that sends Fisher crashing to the canvas! Perry dives into mount looking to finish!

6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Ryan McPhee! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Richard Clark and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hung connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. McPhee misses with a series of wild punches.
Hung getting the better of the striking in that exchange. McPhee on the wrong end of a nice jab. Hung showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from McPhee.
McPhee fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hung, pushing him back against the cage. McPhee tries for a takedown but Hung manages to get underhooks.
McPhee tries to pull guard but Hung holds him up against the cage and eventually McPhee drops back down to his feet.
McPhee tries to score a body lock takedown but Hung shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Sam Hung has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ryan McPhee. Hung stops a takedown attempt from McPhee.

Hung slips under a jab. A left lands for Hung. Hung scores with a hook. McPhee misses with a looping left. Left hook, right uppercut from Hung. Hung shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. McPhee looks gassed! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Hung content just to control the position here. A nice elbow there by Hung. Hung putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Hung wants to control the pace but McPhee is squirming around nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McPhee wants to control but Hung is having none of it. Hung cracks McPhee with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hung with shots to the head and body - McPhee looks very uncomfortable down there. McPhee sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Ground and pound from Hung. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Hung throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Hung slips a nice elbow through McPhee's hands, connecting with McPhee's forehead. Hung trying to control from McPhee's half guard. McPhee has other ideas though and has regained full guard. McPhee keeping moving, preventing Hung from controlling successfully. McPhee has his foot on Hung's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hung works his way back into a safe position though.

Now he's in guard on top. Hung looking for a sweep. Not yet Hung, not yet. McPhee throws a big right hand that misses. Hung manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. McPhee working to try and regain half guard.

Hung wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Hung moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Sam Hung seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A telegraphed takedown attempt from McPhee is defended easily by Hung. McPhee doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. McPhee is breathing heavily. Hung scores with a hook.

McPhee seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Hung slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. McPhee throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hung works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Hung controls McPhee momentarily but McPhee frees himself. McPhee looking to pass the guard.

McPhee tries to reverse the position but Hung maintains control. Hung with a couple of short strikes. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Hung lands a nice shot to the head. Hung prevents McPhee from getting the reversal. McPhee tries to lock up and control but Hung gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Hung misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
A nice elbow there by Hung. Hung lands with some vicious ground and pound - can McPhee hang on? Sam Hung overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Hung connects with a nice short shot to McPhee's temple. McPhee makes his way to full guard. A much better position for McPhee. McPhee is trying to keep Hung in close.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Hung displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. McPhee tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hung swivels and escapes. McPhee throws a hook but Hung blocks it. Hung feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. McPhee looking to break Hung's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Hung remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise McPhee will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke! Hung trying to control the position but McPhee manages to sink in the hooks. Hung wants to get back to his feet. Ryan McPhee has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Hung just trying to survive but McPhee is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish. Sam Hung is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Broffy is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Broffy is trying to break the clinch but Jones is controlling him. Jones stalls. Jones lands a body punch. Jones breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Broffy throws a head kick but Jones moves out of range.
The fight stays on the outside here - Jones looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Jones throws a sloppy head kick and Broffy moves out of range easily. Jones darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Jones thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Broffy's head. Bull does a little dance to reset his feet. Bull takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. De Groote drops Bull with a beautiful combination! Bull stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - De Groote is looking for the KO!
It looks like Terry Bull has been cut. Bull looks gassed! De Groote will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Jab by De Groote. Bull tries to clinch but De Groote is having none of it. De Groote throws a nice outside leg kick. A head kick by De Groote - that's a beauty! Bull is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even De Groote can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!

It's got to the stage where if one of these guys blows hard enough, the other might fall over. Kray sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Staley's defenses. It connects perfectly with Staley's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
