Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Nile Diaz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Andre Pierre! The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Roger Salmon and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pierre avoids the body shot from Diaz.
Pierre throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Diaz half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Pierre misses with a series of wild punches.

Diaz shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Pierre napping and manages to drive through into side control! Diaz working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Pierre can do anything to dispel that myth. Diaz lands a decent elbow from side control. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Pierre is not content to let Diaz control the position. Diaz in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.

With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Max Stone! The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Jeff Smith and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stone moves forwards but Hudson connects with a nice, crisp jab. Stone with a lazy takedown attempt and Hudson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Nice takedown defense from Hudson. No joy for Stone on that attempt. Stone has a takedown stuffed. Tyson Hudson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Max Stone. Hudson goes for a small jab and connects. Now Hudson goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Stone stumbles back but Hudson runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Stone to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Stone will ever be the same after a knockout like that.

We've been informed that Rose has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Rose throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Smack blocks it with crossed arms. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fukado shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tseung pinned against the cage. Tseung gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Tseung has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Fukado finds it's way round the side to connect with Tseung's head. Tseung shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Fukado napping and manages to drive through into side control! Tseung misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Fukado takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Fukado looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
