Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Cheese throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Roh sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Cheese uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Roh.
Cheese slips a straight right by Roh.
Roh misses with a left hand
and Cheese counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Roh fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cheese manages to avoid it.
Cheese moves away from the strike by Roh.
A little jabbing left from Cheese on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Nice jab there from Roh.
Roh scores with a body shot.
Roh rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Cheese counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Sun-Ji Roh has been cut.
Cheese takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Roh loads up on a big right hand but Cheese slips the punch.
Cheese displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Roh throws out the jab.
Roh jabs Cheese right on the nose. Cheese blinks but takes it well.
Cheese fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Roh manages to avoid it.
Roh bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Cheese's head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

and Cheese counters with a nice right hand that sends Roh toppling to the canvas! Roh scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Cheese finish him?!
Roh is rocked!

A big right from Roh misses.
Oh Roh is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Roh glances at the clock... BAM! Cheese nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Roh crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Roh is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Nacho Cheese!
A very excited looking Nacho Cheese rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.

Oh Gallagher is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Job blocks a low kick nicely.
Job walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Gallagher drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Job swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Gallagher's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Motum Vakana told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Vakana darts in and clinches Inventius up against the cage.
Vakana is looking to control Inventius's arms but Inventius gets an underhook and turns him. Now Vakana has his back to the cage.
Inventius struggles to land a body shot inside as Vakana controls his hands.
Inventius lands a left hand.
Vakana lands an uppercut.
Inventius swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Inventius throws a punch but it's blocked by Vakana.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Inventius.
Vakana throws an elbow but it's blocked.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Vakana just misses with a elbow thrown towards Inventius's brow.
Vakana lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Inventius is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Vakana can't fight it off and eventually Inventius manages to take the fight to the floor. Vakana looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Inventius is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Vakana is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Vakana has escaped and now he's on top!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Inventius keeping moving, preventing Vakana from controlling successfully.

Vakana stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Inventius has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Vakana manages to get his head free but now Inventius has transitioned to an armbar! Vakana grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Inventius! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
