The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Daniel Franklin and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gardener looks to score with a jab to the body but Couture is just out of range.
Couture definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Couture is looking to clinch but Gardener is avoiding it.
It seemed like Gardener was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Raphael Couture seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gardener circles away from the clinch attempt.
Gardener looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Couture moves in looking to clinch but Gardener pushes him off.

Juarez shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Juarez was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Jovonovich manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Jovonovich is looking for a sweep. Juarez is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Juarez is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Jovonovich defends it well.
Jovonovich is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Juarez is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Jovonovich doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Juarez.
