Horrible takedown by Gordos or perhaps it was just good defense by Veloso which made him look bad.
Gordos connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Veloso on the wrong end of a kick to the body.

Veloso shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Veloso was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
A nice elbow there by Veloso.

Veloso moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Gordos has worked his arm free - good work by Gordos!
Gordos is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Gordos is looking to control Veloso's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Gordos avoid being mounted?

Veloso is looking for a kimura but Gordos is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Veloso to get the leverage.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Gordos seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Veloso does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

and Veloso counters with a series of strikes. Gordos will be more careful next time no doubt.

Gordos is trying to drag Veloso to the mat but Veloso just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Gordos has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Veloso is trying to keep an underhook but Gordos manages to get the takedown into half guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Well, if Gordos is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Gordos seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Veloso for as long as he can get away with.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Gordos is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Veloso is trying to escape and Gordos transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Veloso is forced to tap! Nice work there by Gordos! Very nice indeed!

Dashing displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Storn.
Storn fails with a takedown attempt.
Nice sprawl there from Dashing as Storn shoots in.
Steven Dashing has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Guardian Storn.
Storn takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Storn shoots in and drives through. Dashing sprawls well.

Guardian Storn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Dashing lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
A shot to the liver by Dashing. Beautiful body shot.
Dashing lands with a good body shot.
Dashing scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Dashing scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Storn doesn't seem bothered though.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Dashing connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Storn! He's out on his feet! Dashing rushes in and drops Storn with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!

Are you kidding me?! Necrose ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Eagle clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
